Just found this interesting. I wonder how many successes they've had, in the criminal world, that they've committed, w/o being caught? I'm guessing more than a couple three.

Do Criminals Desire to Get Caught?
Is it safe to say most of us are considered “responsible people” then since we can see the errors and stupidity? LOL. I was literally just telling myself I must believe they are stupid because I can’t rationalize with the minds of a family of murderers.

Wasn’t old man Wagner in a nursing home before he died? Was it one in Peebles if he was?

Yeah, I could not see myself planning to murder one person, let alone eight people! The Ws were not only bold, they were filled with white-hot burning hate.

That is a great point. If they were long time friends then yes CR1 may have been in the W's vehicle and it is possible he could have scratched or cut himself while riding in said vehicle.

But I think with all the blood that certainly had to be at the 4 crime scenes there would be blood on the killers feet and that blood tracked into a vehicle would have been a mix of some or all the victims.

JMO

And even if they covered the entire inside surfaces of the vehicle, sort of like a moving Dexter-mobile; plastic slips and slides aside and, in this case, especially if numerous people are going to be in and out of the vehicle numerous times while in a hurry. I put down drop cloths to protect surfaces when I'm painting but the paint still manages to get onto surfaces that I thought I had protected, including myself. But, why are we talking about blood in the vehicle? Is this an MSM report (can't imagine the prosecution sharing this info) or is it SM or is it just a theory? I haven't read about this anywhere.

What stands out to me is the statement of their purchase of "special shoes," not "specific" shoes. And not stating "footwear" but specifically "shoes." So, we can rule out "boots?"

Personally, IMO, I take those 2 words as completely different/specific:
Special Shoes: Waterproof, leather, non-tread
Specific Shoes: Exact shoe size(s), dark-color
OR, are those all interchangeable to "special" and "specific?"

Maybe they all bought the SAME shoes to throw LE off on how many people there were?

You’d still have to prove verifiable dates, times, and reasons why the Rhodens would have been in the Wagner’s vehicle, bleeding none the less. And then you better pray to God it wasn’t Kenny or Gary’s blood or Hannah Hazel’s that was found because then it gets a little harder to come up with a cover story.

BBM
As in, alibis. Where have they told LE that they were that night? If not with the Rs and HHG, then there's no reason for them to be in that vehicle, if with them, then how did so many of them start bleeding in the Ws vehicle, on that night?

Great point. JMO, but when LE spoke of the repeated lies told by the Wagner’s over the course of the investigation, it’s possible they tripped up with their alibi in relation to evidence that said differently.

I agree completely. Would the bci wait a year and half to make arrest if mixture of blood found in the car they sold? I am just wondering if that is normal.
Hypothetically speaking and only theory, what if suspected blood was found not only on the driver’s side of the vehicle, but the passenger side as well as the backseat area. How would one explain a murder victims blood in multiple areas of a vehicle owned by the defendants? That’s next to impossible to explain, IMHO.

And how long did the Wagners own that vehicle? My understanding is that the friendship between the families had soured some time before the murders. And did the Wagners take that particular vehicle to the fight they had with the Rhodens? And how many Rhodens were present at the fight and did they all get their blood onto the Wagners? Angela Wagners claims the vehicle belongs to her... why would any other family member have to use it? Surely it's not the only vehicle the Wagner family owns.

We don't even know for sure that a "physical" altercation happened. That's all been rumor. If it didn't happen then there's be no reason for anyone's blood to be in the back of that vehicle after the friendships dissolved.

yes locals of the county’s opinions. Not many gathering places in pike co

Take into consideration that the Wagners have been accused of killing 8 people through the means of 4 home invasions when they thought people were asleep. They have friends and relatives. It might be that some people feel better and safer making a public announcement in a group that they back the Wagners. Especially after, perhaps a friend of one of the Wagners made that announcement first.
"Why they wouldn't hurt a fly."
Who wants to be the odd man out?
What are they saying to back their support up? What evidence do they have to back up their claim?

JMO bigger than custody

Governor DeWine did say there was more involved than custody. He said the custody was the primary reason but there was more than that going on. Nobody knows what the whole story is. So, you are correct... it is bigger than just the custody... but, there being other issues involved, doesn't make them innocent of the murders. In fact, it makes them more likely to be the murderers since there were multiple issues going on between the two families.

I think the Wagners probably had a lot of successes in the world of crime. Low level crimes, imo. Ebezzlement, theft, bad checks, maybe whatever they do that took LE into 10 states to build their case, etc. If the Wags took the successful outcomes in those types of crimes and had built up enough confidence to think;
therefore, murdering 8 people should be a snap and nobody would ever figure out it was them who did it... then they're still stupid imo.

Was Fredericka’s husband in a nursing home prior to dying? Was it in Peebles?

I'm surprised the Moderators haven't intervened on some of these recent discussions. There are supposed to be links to articles with claims made unless they are stated as opinion. Rumors are getting brought into the discussions. New posters need to read the Terms of Service.

Are we allowed to post a link to a court record? It's not a news article.

Yes, I believe so, as long as it’s public record.
