OH OH - Shasta Himelrick, 20, pregnant, Richmond Dale, 26 Dec 2014

The following is my opinion only and is not meant to imply factual information.

It is possible that after leaving the gas station she got high. Symptoms of heroin overdose include disorientation and delirium. This could have led her to jump off the bridge. This is my hypothesis as her shoes were left on the bridge. Who would take the time to remove her shoes if they had thrown her or pushed her? I'm very sorry for the family, it looked like she had tried hard to overcome her addiction.

Pertinent information:
Nervous system
Coma
Delirium
Disorientation

Drowsiness
Muscle spasticity

I'm waiting to see if the scene was 'staged' and tOX comes back.........."BOTH doors open?"
If she did get high again, then I think (JMOO) something bad happened to her......
BF break up? to trigger her off.
Social media has her in sobriety classes, happy..........
O/T 11 years ago I had a neighbor girl (so sweet) classified as a suicide, later a guy OD. Rumor was really the murderer, but never proven.
Rumor was he thought she had drugs at her house that he 'needed'.................she didn't but her brother was a dealer.............

I'll bet they do. It really sounds like this has to do with both drugs and money. I think Shasta put her trust in the wrong people.

From what I have read it looks like the town knows who did what to her, the thing is for LE to prove it and have the evidence for arrests. JMOO

Sheesh, reading various FB pages and comments from that area makes me very worried for the education system there! Aren't they teaching basic English/grammar in that town?

That's good to hear! ;) To be fair, I should have said all of America since I know I'd encounter the same thing reading Facebook pages of folks in every town in the country. Sad.

It does give you a window into Shasta's world though :(

I wonder how much of a problem that will be? Was it a common thing for the perps to be in that car with Shasta? IOW could they give a logical reason for their fingerprints or DNA to be present in the car or on Shasta's things? That's my concern here. If this was premeditated I think the damning evidence will be in the cell phone forensics. :crossfingers:

I don't think they're all from Richmondale or Chillicothe. I think they're from a number of towns, big and small.

Sounds like she was definitely involved with the big dealings in her small, little town.

I've been trying to think of the best way to word this without risk of it being interpreted the wrong way. It's incredibly sad knowing what we've read about Shasta's mutual friends and relationships, to see that Shasta was apparently happy to continue her relationship with her baby's daddy. I'm not in any way blaming her for what happened but just thinking of what Baby Himelrick's world would have been like. What can a young woman do when she's trying to clean up her life but she's in love with her baby's daddy? How can we help them?

JMOO at 20, sometimes a girl is so desperate for attention and doesn't even know what love really is and how a real man should treat her.
Sadly we read every day about women that are abused mentally and physically.

This case and the cases of Chillicothe needs more national attention and big help from FBI.
IMO it will just be classified as an addict committing suicide.
Very scarey what is happening in that town. JMOO
ALL the families need to get together to save some more girls.
