I agree but they have to be willing. It doesn't appear that they are.

Sure wish the obit would have said "private service" instead of "no service". That is just heartbreaking...

Not all families are able to afford a funeral service. This doesn't necessarily mean they didn't want one. FWIW

I agree but that's what their go fund account was supposedly for.

Yes, almost impossible. And it really does break my heart. Look at this young lady. Think what a good and promising life she could have if she was free of drug addiction.
Blood in the car? Not good at all.

No, not good at all. The gas station looked okay -- well lit, etc. The area where her car was found didn't look so good to me. Was she followed from the gas station? Did someone disable her car while she was in the gas station?

And was the phone call she got about a drug connection, or just something innocent? She had family around, so I'm hoping they were keeping an eye on her WRT drug use. Let's hope the prospect of the baby was a good enuff reason for her to avoid being tempted to use, etc.

I'd like to hear something about her boyfriend -- was he a good guy, not a user and a good influence on her? And good to her? Apparently she didn't run off with him. Oh, what happened to you, little Shasta?

I don't like this...

Wowza that's a startling fact. Really an eye opener

We here on Websleuths have prollly seen a good number of those stats. It's risky to be pregnant in a not-so-good marriage or relationship. Separation, break-up, or divorce quite often mean the dreaded Child Support and possible the dreaded Alimony. (Shudder, shimmy, and shake: Lions & tigers & bears, oh, my.) Some men just don't wanna pay it.... Or they see a child or another child as one more lock in the relationship, i.e., "Now I'll never be able to get out of this marriage/relationship." Sounds cold, but it's the truth in many murders we've sleuthed on this forum.

Still SMH.

That means religious services?

No services of any kind as far as I can tell. This is what was announced in the obituary posted upthread.

Hi all, got the message!

It's great to see so much info on what went on with the dogs and what types they brought in. By the sounds of it (and the "items of interest" found, it certainly seems like dog #1, which would be the trailing dog, dig their job very well and lead them to the right spot (barring ending a trail right at the MP, the next best thing is to end at some sort of something that belongs to the person). Haven't had a chance to pull it up on a map yet, as I'm not home, but it sounds like we are talking ending at water and then being picked up again by an HRD dog in the water correct? What can you tell me about this body of water?

Hi and welcome to this board, sarx!! You are like a special good breeze blowing through this cloudy and dark case. Things don't look good...

Thanks for looking in on this case -- and all the others!

I am an admirer....:blushing:
