RG will not be on the stand until Trial is over and penalty phase starts. If she has agreed. State will call her and throw every aggravator at the Jury they have. RG is a strong one along with all the evidence. I don't expect much during Trial from the Defense, if anything. They may just rest. Defense I expect will have much to say during penalty phase. May see some of killers Family etc. Any/all mitigating circumstances. This is a Capital Case. IMO

Thanks for clearing this up. I also found this. They would need to be careful on what to ask and say - ---Evidence of other crimes, wrongs, or acts is not admissible to prove the character of a person in order to show action in conformity. It may, however, be admissible for other purposes, such as proof of motive, opportunity, intent, preparation, plan, knowledge, identity.

I never saw a list either. I only heard the number of witnesses during Opening Statements. Which is why I stated "if" RG is called. I would not be surprised the State has not asked her. She is a strong aggravator. Up to her.

I am specifically interested in hearing about the source of the male DNA found under Sierah's fingernails. MR, the investigator, mentioned this when she discussed taking the DNA profiles from JK and some of the LE who excavated the burial site to exclude them as contributors. Especially with today's pictures of the scratches on Worley, it will make the prosecution's case that much stronger.

I am really missing the livestream and video coverage. I understand protecting undercover officers, not displaying graphic images on video, etc. But we are past those specific witnesses now. Does anyone know if the livestream will come back?

I think that type of DNA will come out in forensic analysis testimony which we have not heard yet on some things. At least that is what I think. Yes, she had straw in her hair but was it the SAME straw that was in the barn? Was the diaper the SAME brand and size that they found on his property, was there dirt from the floor of his barn on her body? Whose DNA was under her nails. This is testimony we have not heard yet but I would imagine its coming.

I read this thread a lot but do not say much.... this is my 2 cents.

Unless jury is sequestered... I do not see the live stream coming back. Judge R. will take every step to ensure a mistrial does not happen. As for undercovers..... not showing faces is ok but names were given and voices were heard. These are people who have been apart of our communities for many years, we have went to school with, our neighbors, our friends, our family etc. Many are/were part of the MAN unit and having to much media exposure could put them and their families at risk. Not to mention ongoing investigations or undercover operations.

Sometimes I wonder if the defense is banking on something or someone causing a mistrial.....

Does anyone know if the plea deal is still on the table??

As for the blood and diapers....is it possible she was menstrating and he was trying to contain the blood evidence?

As for US assistant district attorney being present in court and stopping further testimony regarding internet search history/computer history..... is it possible evidence of another “crime/abduction” was discovered at JW’s residence and the said crime crossed state lines which could possibly make it federal jurisdiction?

I just wanted to say thank you to everyone who is keeping the daily events from the trial updated here. I have silently followed this case since Sierah's thread first appeared and read along in real time as the worst thing imaginable became reality. I have become very attached to this beautiful, smiling young woman. Her family and loved ones have painted a vivid portrait of who she was and brought her to life for those of us who never knew her. She is alive in the hearts and minds of so many that didn't get the chance to ever meet her. That such a vibrant, shining light of a human being was taken from the world in such a horrific manner just makes me so angry. It's just not fair. My love and support to all her family and friends. She will be with me forever, not because of the way she died, but because of how deeply she was loved by you. Justice will prevail.

We have not heard forensic analysis, Medical Examiner (the ME testimony you may not want to hear)

They probably have a cell phone analyst left to testify as well. Someone who will be able to clarify his movements that night via phone pings.
As a side note, I'll be out and about today so I'll be unable to post tweets but will be following along.

Folks were asking about evidence taken and days. Previously, our wonderful :websleuther: Kadoober did a great spreadsheet that had the evidence list which can be sorted on the evidence tab by date.

I have 9 screenshots of evidence sorted by day that would show day to day for folks that don't have the ability to see on phones, or their computer doesn't let them see it. There has been many a Trial live streamed and not disclosing a witness was handled. In the end it's up to the Judge. He ruled on it and we have to respect it. Not saying we have to like it (lol) just wish we had more tweets.

Recap from yesterday. We heard from BCI investigators and got more insight on #jamesworley 's bank records. Investigators found 3 debit cards in a wallet with his ID & social security card. 2 in his name and one in his mother's name but he was power of attorney
