I sometimes wonder if the Idaho slasher decided to plea bargain because he didn't want to sit through a trial listening to all his mistakes being documented in excruciating detail.

He didn't want his family to be witnesses in court.

I got this from the minutes in the malpractice suit. Why was he served individually? Was he not responding? Or they couldnt serve him? JUST IN: Michael McKee just made very quick court appearance in Rockford, IL. He waived extradition, meaning he is set to go to Ohio to face murder charges for the deaths of Spencer and Monique Tepe.

I am curious about these board exams. Do they do a background check? I know they do that for the Bar exams. If they did a background check something could have come up regarding his ex and their marriage. That could have triggered all of this. Something that he couldn't control or correct. Didn't we read that the records for their divorce were updated last year? Just throwing this out there.

Seems odd since burglary usually means theft. But they need to throw the book at this guy for everything he did wrong down to the smallest detail.

I’m surprised that he wasn’t charged with child endangerment or something similar. Even if the kids were asleep during the whole thing, they were still present in the house. JMO

I wonder if MM somehow hacked into one of their devices to obtain the door code or was spying on them using some sort of spyware installed or placed a hidden camera inside a piece of home decor disguised as a gift from one of his former patients and delivered to their door and placed in the home to gain access. I know this sounds extremely far-fetched, but similar if not more extreme tactics have been used by stalkers in the past to stalk their victims through surveillance. And IMHO, MM has been obsessively stalking Monique and Spencer for awhile now.

This isn't true. You do not have to be board certified to be any type of surgeon.
