I think folks are talking about three pix one with two guns, one with the kid holding up a piece of paper with the date "02.26.12," and one where he is holding a knife. They were initially (mis)reported as being photos of the shooter. That has since been proved wrong.

It does seem odd. Perhaps they are pretty much acknowledging the fact that he'll be charged as an adult.

It's a popular defense these days and getting old. If everyone who had ever been bullied, did what this kid did, there'd be very few of us left.

TH's said he will be tried as an adult, since he is 17. I guess the juvenile court has to turn him over to the adult court??

Live coverage on CNN. TJL arrived at the courthouse about 45 minutes ago. "Family members" present - not sure if this means Lane's family or the victims'.
