Ann Shi, 38, reportedly was at her house around 12:30 p.m. Tuesday, and it is believed she walked out of the house. Shi was last seen around 12:50 p.m. at a business near 12th Avenue SE and Lindsey Street with an unknown man. She was last known wearing a light-colored sweatshirt with writing on the front, dark-colored pants and dark-colored tennis shoes. She stands 5 feet 5 inches tall, weighs approximately 190 pounds, and has long brown hair.
