Yes, I saw that, interesting huh? And see my post on the last page - the media have also posted a pic of one the three, (the 16 yr old I think), twice. This gives the mistaken impression that its three black kids - MJ is white, there's a pic of him on that fb page.

So the two, younger, black kids are facing an adult trial while the older white kid is in juvenile court. I can see that going down real well in some quarters.

Tell me about it! I despise racism. I don't even care what somebody's skin color is. Racism shouldn't play any part in today's day and time. I'm sick of it by everyone - whites, blacks, hispanics, middle easterners, yada yada.

Actually, JE's last comment is on Thursday, August 15, the day before the shooting. So he hadn't been online that day, or at least not on FB. I wonder why his family hasn't pulled the page yet.

2 teens are not talking. 1 teen is.
all of them have juvenile background with police, can not unseal them due to them being so young.
they left the gun with other people when they were done--can not find the weapon.

town doesn't have a history of violent, senseless crime like this.
police have not been giving information to families, they delegate that info to the families through a select few people.
local community is outraged. have same questions police have.

wonder where the gun used in this crime is.
shotgun (not involved in the shooting) was found in the trunk of the car. serial number was scratched off.
1 teen has a family member in jail. the rest come from 2 parent homes.

I think it might have been in reference to some music called "Bang II" that was being released (dropping) two hours from the time of that posting. However, that is speculation only.

Only a judge can see 'sealed' juvenile records (in most states). It is up to the judge to share that with the prosecution and defense. Only in certain instances may juvenile records be brought into court against a defendant. This is one of those in which a judge can use that against the defendants.

MJ is the oldest and he's not quite 5'4. I just thought that was kinda odd, shortie acting like a 🤬🤬🤬🤬.

The DP is illegal in all other first world countries. Australians do not want another murder to avenge the first. It's not our way and would add to the trauma for his loved ones if it was on offer.

Ok, I understand MJ didn't shoot Chris, bu he still drove the car for them all and was still part of the plan to choose someone at random to kill - so why isn't he charged as a frighten adult? This is so upsetting!

I think it's pretty obvious that MDJ drove the car, and since he did, and since he had knowledge that a shooting was taking place (*maybe, he did have a shotgun in his trunk), he is being charged with that. I have a feeling that MDJ probably didn't get out of the car, was a "lookout" of sorts, and now this entire case has me feeling that this was an "initiation" on his part.

I couldn't find a single reference of MDJ on the other teens FB pages. I don't know about you guys, but taking random people with you to commit crimes seems a little off. Unless, well unless they are there to repay, or prove something. That's the only two ways I can see it.

Seventeen-year-old MDJ, who allegedly drove the vehicle carrying the other suspects, was charged with use of a vehicle in the discharge of a weapon and accessory to murder after the fact.

Omg I keep reading JFE' FB wall. I'm so sad. Actually, it's making me irate. I believe he and his 2 buddies are guilty as sin, they confessed plus they were captured on surveillance hiding a gun. However, when I read his wall it truly makes me understand how defense lawyers can do their jobs and be proud. Reading all of those absolutely disgusting comments makes me understand why Baez threw George Anthony under the bus to save Casey Anthony from the death penal. People are going way beyond the normal joking about a man going to jail. This is serious and I hope it's being reported.
