Jeez, not again...
I see what you're saying but if that is the case then the reporting here is as bad as it gets because they are saying a warrant was issued in Jackson County OK on June 10 for failure to appear on the child abuse and neglect charges. He's either been charged or not, KWIM?His charges may be going to a Grand Jury (which would explain the delay)... Maybe, they are seeking Capital Murder charges?? Surviving kids may have witnessed something and were able to tell??
I think all Capital cases go before a Grand Jury. Some states/counties go through a Grand Jury for all homicide related charges. But, who knows, maybe they just do not know what to charge him all with at the moment.
If a child was found deceased... why no murder/manslaughter charges?
Thank you so much for finding that! The last article spells his name Hakim.
Investigators Offering $10K Reward For Altus Couple Wanted On Child Abuse, Neglect Charges
“Investigators are now offering $10,000 for information leading to the arrest of 27-year-old Hakim Moore and 29-year-old Robin Alexander.”
Here is is record. I think it was hard to find because the last name is hyphenated.
OSCN Case Details
1. CHILD ABUSE BY INJURY
2. CHILD ABUSE BY INJURY
3. CHILD NEGLECT
4. CHILD NEGLECT
5. CHILD NEGLECT
Also another misdemeanor charge the day before.

We have a ton of missing pieces. Roughly...So help me understand. These charges are from last year. The children were surely in critical condition last year, not today? Please don’t tell me this is another DHS failure?
Did they have the baby born in a hotel last year?
So, if I am understanding this correctly, the one dead child and three that were in critical condition are situations from months to years ago. That would mean that there is only one child potentially with them that was born in a hotel room a day after they left town.JUL 4, 2019
$10,000 reward offered in search for parents missing after child neglect claims

The parents, who had a child who died in 2017 and three who were removed from the couple's custody when officials discovered the children were malnourished, failed to appear in court last month in a child neglect case from 2018.
The child's December 2017 death remains under investigation, Altus, Oklahoma, police department said in a statement Wednesday. St. Louis police have said three of the couple's children are in the custody of the state of Oklahoma.
[...]
Altus police said it got involved in the child abuse investigation in September 2018. An Altus police detective told NBC affiliate KFOR of Oklahoma City that police were called about three children who suspected of being abused.
Court documents indicate that when police searched the couple’s home that month, officers found a "very limited amount of food," the station reported.
The documents say the children, who were were 10 months to 4 years old, were "malnourished due to child neglect by means of starvation,” KFOR reported.

Detectives believe they fled the Altus area May 1, and that the fifth child was born around May 2, the Oklahoma police department said.
[...]
"Help us get them taken into custody and find the child and make sure the health, welfare of the child is in good shape," Altus police Detective Colby Earls told KFOR.

@Amonet, this article mentions the age of the children. They were just babies.![]()
Yes, the first reports said they were being sought after three of their children were found in critical condition, one was found dead and a fifth is missing. While that is technically true, LE wouldn't say when the child was found deceased or when and where the three other children were found. I think some news outlets took some liberties in reporting when the events occurred and it has definitely been confusing. MOOSo, if I am understanding this correctly, the one dead child and three that were in critical condition are situations from months to years ago. That would mean that there is only one child potentially with them that was born in a hotel room a day after they left town.
The initial news stories from yesterday were creating a different perception.
These two have a 62 day head start and could be anywhere.
Thank you for this timeline. I would add that this news article ($10,000 reward offered in search for parents missing after child neglect claims) said that the parents had failed to appear at a hearing last month for the 2018 child neglect case.Revised according to the latest article.
2017 - One of the children died and the case is still under investigation.
Sept 6, 2018 - OK DHS went to their home in regard to "signs of physical abuse on the three minor children.” The three children were treated and released from medical care, according to APD. Documents say the children, who were were 10 months to 4 years old, were "malnourished due to child neglect by means of starvation.”
Sept 10, 2018 - HMM was charged in Jackson Co OK with obstructing an officer (a misdemeanor).
Sept 11, 2018 - HMM and RA were both charged with two counts of child abuse by injury and 3 counts of child neglect.
May 1, 2019 - Detectives believe HMM and RA fled the Altus area.
May 2, 2019 - Detectives believe the 5th child was born (in a hotel room) on or about this date.
June 10, 2019 - Warrants were issued for HMM and RA for FTA, bond set at $300,000.00 in each case.
