Taking a short hiatus on this case while I continue to try and work out some details, and also while I get some sleep.
Continue on sleuthing!

See ya'll in a few days. :)

No chip facility, soul, but LOL. If you knew me, you'd know I'm about as far from it comes in that dept. Although my dogs aren't. ;)

Just driven into the ground on a more local case. Been working some very long hrs (not just on the computer, on the ground) and am exhausted. Can't help much when exhausted. Will be back hopefully this week. Thanks for all the continued sleuthing. Keep up the good work guys. Thanks.

Good morning folks. I'm temporarily on leave from chip facility (they let you out for brief periods of time to walk around the grounds and get fresh air, so I am going to throw some stuff the Jamison way so ya'll can sleuth when I go back to work.)

So... I have amassed a tremendous amount of info via FOIA, FBI, DEA, ATF, NCMEC, SAR and of course the local depts. There are several things I would like to know and perhaps ya'll can help sleuth them out for me, or just throw some ideas my way. Please bear in mind, these are mostle initial reports and so likely rife with misinformation; however, they are paper records and therefore....records.

#1: On the initial intake of victims, only Sherilyn and Madyson are listed. Not Bobby. Why?
#2: NCMEC says that both Sherilyn and Bobby suffer from back problems, are bi-polar, have anxiety attacks, and suffer from depression. Both have a history of meth and pot use. (O/T but Okie humor of the day- I find it interesting that in OK meth and pot use is referred to as "use" and not "abuse." Note to LE: please be careful in your wording.)
#3: Report also states that Madyson has ADHD and cannot read or write.

My question for the day: who provided all of this very significant (and on record) missing persons info for this family?

Sleuthing job for the day, peeps. And I want proof- not rumor.
Oh and FYI- none of these reports are signed, not that I have found so far anyway.

Be back later to see how ya'll are doing. :)

Wow, muy interesante, and glad you're back as little726 has been making us listen to psychics! (Just KIDDING.) As for meth and pot "use," we are responsible with our tweakin' and chillin' here in Sooner Nation.

The alleged ADHD allegedly - where did I read this? some unsavory site maybe - was the root cause-in-the-making of the lawsuit perhaps pondered v. Eufaula schools as - according to word on the streets - the district was said to be requiring the child to take pharmaceutical drugs to control the reputed condition, and grapevine-attained scuttlebutt has it that this was not to the parents' liking. All hearsay? Purportedly.

And I want proof- not rumor.

Oh, didn't see this! My bad. So...short of getting NCMEC on the horn and demanding to know where they got all this persnickety info which, in effect, demonizes a missing family, how does one sleuth this sort of thing? I'm completely befuddled PER USUAL. But I could make a neat conspiracy theory involving relatives and in-laws, the forces behind the editorial decision by the Daily Oklahoman to run the scurrilous article of 02 May, and the entire OK legal apparatus out of the info above!

Happy All Saints' Day everyone. All Souls is tomorrow - almost time to eat those sugar skulls!

wfgodot, in NCMEC's defense, they may have received this info 2nd, 3rd, or 6th hand if you get my drift. However, you could probably shoot an email here:
http://www.missingkids.com/missingkids/servlet/ServiceServlet?LanguageCountry=en_US&PageId=308 (which should be Team Adam's page on NCMEC) and ask for info from one HS.

Good God, they attain their info much in the same way I get mine! Shocking. Now, I don't suppose I should preface any email, "Henry, what is all this 🤬🤬🤬🤬?", correct? Shouldn't go thuggish on them right away.

Okay, writing polite letter now.

Okay, how's this sound, before I send the thing?

"Dear sir or madam,

I am interested to know the source(s) of the information NCMEC uses about the missing Jamison family of Eufuala OK. As an Oklahoma resident, I have followed the case since it was first reported, and a friend of mine has recently pointed out that elements of NCMEC's write-up about the Jamisons in effect demonize a missing family by stressing negative elements such as their (purported) history of meth and pot use, and their (alleged) bi-polarity, anxiety attacks, and depression. Where is this info coming from? It's the sort of thing which could cause the casual observer not to care about finding two adults and a young child. Whatever the family's flaws, this does not make them any less worthy of our caring.

Sincerely,
A."

Couldn't think of a way to work HS in there without making it sound like a personal attack on his credibility.

Is this too strident? Please inform.

It is no wonder I keep getting confussed. I do not think staight answers are known to anyone related to this case and family and it would be interesting to find where and how this conflicting informations starts. I do believe the FBI or the family is the source of the the information.

The LE in Lake E statement of record was ' This case DOES not appear to be drug related" wasnt it? Then some weird hoopla about acting weird in front of camras.
So this tidbits are interesting. If only they were signed papers.

The wording is interesting as Oriah pointed out. Meth and pot use. I had to wonder if it was stated that way because of past use and not current abuse? Not that it wasnt abuse before but abuse is a stronger word that leads directly to addict. So it makes me wonder if /why they want to aviod that label. I am probably over thinking it.

It may be a bit too strident to produce the desired result, which is why these statements are listed. ;) The reason why I mention HS is because "a" HS signed in on 12/9/09 for a Logistics Planning Meeting with NCMEC as his organization. Only one who signed in from NCMEC. Also (by further research) it would appear there IS an HS who works with Team Adam. Again, it appears he is the only one from NCMEC who signed in on that meeting.

However, if this is too intimiating for some (which I understand, and will take care of myself as soon as possible) there was also a Mark Showell from the News-Tribune who signed in to said meeting. Perhaps folks would be more comfortable using the media outlet.

Does this help?

wfgodot- please correct my quote here to reflect initials, in the event there is more than one HS with Team Adam. Thank you greatly.

Yes, you're right, I went with the heartstring-plucking "find them! just, for the love of God, FIND THEM, no matter their human flaws!" approach at the expense of actually attempting to ferret out just where the hell this info came from. Will work on wording. I couldn't find my way "in" to the meat of the matter on first try.

Will resume effort a after trip to the ice house which will begin as soon as the 40-pound Boston terrier sleeping on my lap wakes up.

Thank you wfgodot.
Please correct all your posts where you quote me by changing Henry S. to intials. Thank you.
Also, please stop feeding your dog chips. If Bobbles is 100% Boston terrier, he/she needs to lose about 10 lbs.

Done, as much as possible, though the edit "feature" gets turned off too quickly and I can't do a thing anyway with the quoted material - except delete the whole thing, which is now impossible on the earlier material. Perhaps contact mod to have whole thing wiped away??

Bobbles really doesn't eat much "people food" - he's just a big boy naturally. Two cups of dogfood a day and numerous "dog treats" when he obeys - which he does for the dog treats alone, of course. Blackmail!

I myself purchased the Three M's for breakfast just now: milk, Mountain Dew, and Munchos! Mmmmm!

Ok, thanks but just a minor concern. I asked a mod, they said it was ok to post these names in full. Whew.

So, back to Henry Schmidt!

As for Bobbles, I know those big boys (although not many Boston's.) I did however, once have a, ahem, very large pug. But O/T.

Feel like contacting Mark Showell of the News-Tribune? If email doesn't work, I have a phone # (but it might be outdated.)
Someone could check the News-Tribune to see if he even still works there?
TIA- I got to run, friends- actual ground pounding to be done. See ya'll in a bit .

Wow, I didn't even know there was a Latimer County News-Tribune (unless we're actually talking about the Tacoma News-Tribune or the Waltham MA News-Tribune, but I'd reckon not). Shows what I (don't) know about the wilds of Wilburton (and this case). Where is the email address for this person, have I missed that too??

Oh! So THAT explains why, when I called the guy up and started chewing him out for possibly passing prejudicial information about the Oklahoma Jamison family, that he kept saying, "But I'm in Durham, North Carolina! But I'm in Durham, North Carolina!"

LOL. My fault too. 918 is my own area code and I should have caught that.
