Perhaps this will perk todays interest. You know how upthread I mentioned that Sherilyn and Madyson were listed on the original victim report, but not Bobby?

Bobby is listed under the Uniform Incident/Offense report (a separate report) as 'Not cleared Exceptionally'

The additional categories listed under Cleared Exceptionally are:
-Death of Offender
-Prosecution Declined
-Extradition Declined
-Victim Refused to Cooperate
-Juvenile/No custody

Are ya'll getting the picture that something was amiss in the reporting of this initial MP report? Why was Bobby recorded....umm...differently than the rest of his missing family?

Now...what? I've done the classic "takes off his glasses and rubs his eyes real hard, then puts them back on and reads the material again" take. Twice. Um, clerical error? Probably by a former student of mine, they were prone to all sorts of shenanigans. Who filled out this report, Officer Nutley?

I would assume that they suspected he did something with his family an hence him not being listed but in that case a BOLO or warrent should have been issued.

I would assume that they suspected he did something with his family an hence him not being listed but in that case a BOLO or warrent should have been issued.

Soul, I would love to scan it, however believe it or not I am sitting in my work vehicle actively working another case and the Jamison's are- sadly may I add- my downtime. Which is why you see me come and go so sporadically as of late. Long story short- I don't want to contaminate the command centers scanner with a different case than their own, kwim? I will do so when I get home and begin to breathe again.

In the meantime....I truly do not know what to make of this. Have I checked for outstanding warrants and forgotten about it?

Bobby, I highly doubt, qualifies. But then again....I still don't know why the chips aren't in evidence, so what do I know??

Where is "Southside"? Is this the same as "Stigler"?
Where is "Cravens"?
Where is "Brooken"?
Where is "Lona Valley"?

And last but not least, being, I believe an educator yourself...in your professional opionion, can ANYONE in Oklahoma spell in the English language? Or is there some Okie language of which I am unfamiliar?

I would not say it would be an outstanding warrent just yet. It may be charges not yet filed . An incomplete investigation? I will say if we were to reveiw the case and take into account the

If they already had an active investigation going (barring the whole business with Bobby SR....) then what was it? I'm not finding that. And everything they allegedy seized was seized after the 23rd. Seems to me (JMO, of course) that there was an active investigation preceding the disappearence of the Jamisons and unrelated to the issue of Bobby Sr and possible even any inheritance that Madyson might receive.

JMO, of course. But there is waaaayyyyyy too much info here, and waaaayyyyy too many agencies involved to be a simple MP case.
