Okay, I am new here, and just read about this for quite a while. I am not sure if anyone has explored this avenue or not, but considering the people I work with it was how my mind processed this case:

1. My first thought was that they stumbled on to someone cooking meth (very prominent in the area), but if that were the case any good dope feind would have taken the money and the truck because they could use them to get more drugs.

2. My second thought was a little disturbing, but what I feel is the likely reason that someone would leave valuables but get rid of the family. I fear that this may be a sex trade case. Since both parents were in their 40s, they would not be much good for this, but there is a big market for kiddie 🤬🤬🤬🤬. There are people all over the US that would not hesitate to take out a family and then sell a child into the international sex trade. I wonder if this is something that has been looked in to at all. (Judging by the comments I have read about this case I would bet that it did not even cross anyone's mind.)

Just my thoughts anyhow.

Casey

Hi CaseyLPC, and welcome aboard. That, too, was my first thought - well, concerning meth, anyway, "thar's cookers in them-thar hills," but also that, in any case, "No one in the State of Oklahoma carries thousands and thousands of dollars of cash in their vehicle unless drugs were just involved or are soon to be involved. Or unless they're driving an armored car."

"International sex trade" involving children - the mind reels, the stomach weakens. But possible, actually, actually very possible.

I just spent $103.02 at WalMart?? HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE when I just went out there for milk, tortillas, and ramen noodles? Anyways, no Jamisons out there, and believe me, I studied faces closely. Nobody much under 60 out there today, actually. More after I put away the exotic brands of potato chips, the expensive razor blades, and the deli-cut (but not delicate) ham, pastrami, and roast beef.

Welcome, shefner and Casey! We can use all the help we can get on finding the Jamisons.

LOL!!! Wfg, I beat ya! I spent $112.00 at Walmart yesterday. I'm not really sure what I was going to shop for, but came out with a whole lot of nothing. Forgot the chips, though.

While I was waiting to checkout, I noticed a display on the wall. It was put up by 1-800-LOST. I looked for the Jamisons on it, but, nope, not there. I really wish I had a poster of the Jamisons at that moment. I would have asked Walmart to put them in the display box.

I think the answers are - or were - at the Eufaula residence. Hands?

Clearly you bought cheese flavored chips. And they were cut with bbq flavored ones.

Wowsah. BP, bad water, perceived death threats, carcinogens directly injected into the water supply, and "...I will not be visiting this excersise in misdirection called Topix ever again."

There's something to be said for Topix, but I don't know quite what.

Topix is perhaps the place where old Websleuthers go to die?

Not just the house.
I would like to see videos at the gas stations, stores, etc., wherever they had receipts.

Little, you too were unknowingly buying chips cut with cheaper chips.

As for the poster, print one out and the next time you visit, ask a manager to put that baby up.

Little known fact- I am ambidextrous.
One hand up.
Other hand in complete law enforcement failure.

Will work on it, watcher. Not sure how much luck I will have but I may be able to dig up a couple copies.

These, actually, are something called WorldTable Salt & Pepper Yukon Gold Potato Chips ("Hearty, thick-cut chips seasoned with salt and pepper"). I'm pretty sure I'll need to go on methadone next, if I finish this bag tonight.

Oriah, awhile back, someone asked for records from CPS. At least I thought it was you. Did you ever get any results?

I've been reading a number of articles on Oklahoma's CPS office. They sure aren't pretty!!

No records from CPS yet. Still working on it and as of tonight, the Jamisons have my full attention so I'll go back to digging.

OK CPS ranks right down there, apparently, with its NC counterpart (in re: the Zahra case). And, the ex- being a TX CPS worker, I generally always defend CPS. Not in this state though. Nuh-uh.

Please, I beg of you- no mention of ******* case right now, on this forum? I understand where you're coming from but I don't want to leave WS altogether and I'm feelin' that way right now. Sooooooo how about we try another approach to the Jamisons? I have another interesting 'statement' that I would like to quote several passages from. It's handwritten so I will transcribe as best as possible. It, I believe is written by Bobby Jr, regarding Bobby Sr. Anyone onboard with me here?

Deleted all traces of it - uh, except the one on yours.

Thank you wfgodot- it wasn't a TOS thing. It was personal. This is the first night I have had off in, umm, a long time and I am slightly testy. Probably in need of chips or something. :) Anyway.....so I can't quite figure out this 'note'. It is handwritten, but appears to have some sort of impression of a seal in the lefthand corner which could be really...anything. It's a photocopy, so it might even just be a postmark or a transfer or something. But let me give you a couple snippets (Okie spelling and punctuation included.)

I can translate it out of the Okie-ese, if it comes to that.
