Man oh man. I had four weeks of working an actual missing persons case, finally came home, had a couple shots of wild turkey, a few chips and went to bed. Woke up to....this.

:banghead:

ETA: No. I do not see the Green Man. I see a child's picture that is identified on NCMEC incorrectly. Not for lack of noting Green Men. No. But for the fact that is says she was wearing a long sleeve teeshirt and the picture shows a short sleeved on. And it says she has blond hair, however we know it had recently been dyed blond.

That's what I see.
Oh yeah- I also see that Sherilyn Jamison is listed as one skinny woman.

NCMEC didn't have the Green Man?? (Okay, I'll stop, I'll stop!)

Now do we know that the picture was taken on the last day the Jamisons were seen? Perhaps NCMEC has info from whomever last saw them (that we know of) and Madyson was wearing long sleeves.

I am bumping this list, folks because I think it is important and I forgot to add one rather, er, important feature to the list. You will note that feature at the top in bold:

<Jamison info dump of the day from Oriah: evidence in truck, but not seized by LE or on search warrant. Got some time, ya'll?

- THE TRUCK
- Purple pens
- Parker Jones paperwork and brochures
- Maps with areas circled
- Black purse, leather or leather-like
- Paper with "Charlene" and "G(r)ary" (? written on it
- What appears to be a quilted puffy puple jacket in truck bed
- Booster/car seat, age appropriate for a child Madyson's size- Evenflo brand. In rear passenger seat.
- Plaid blanket/jacket, has buttons. Can't tell.
- Green/teal-ish colored jacket/heavy work shirt
- Large yellow busines envelope with "Cental Violations Bureau, zipe 28 (6?)78-0549 as return address. Addresssed to Bobby Jamison, RR4 Box 2390 Eufala 74432. Return address is printed upside down.
- Heart shaped artwork, purple with red spots and big lips/smile in ceneter, looks like poster paint.
- Pale green cigarette lighter
- Cheddar cheese flavored (popcorn?) 1/2 eaten and re rolled up
- Open package of "Skydancer Premium Full Flavor 100's box
- "Sterling Silver" scratch off lotto ticket
- Empty can of Coca cola
- HTML for eBay (I think) booklet
- White sock(s)
- Charm with angel hanging from rearview mirror
- Hallmark-type card with hallmark baby on back
- Light green journal type book with decorative spots
- Brown leather-looking journal type book
- Coords written inside
- Some sort of packaged repair kit (perhaps tire?) cannot make out.
- Blue pill bottle (prescription) in glovebox
- Blue, partially flattened insulated cooler with silver lining
- Ziplock bag, gallon size w/pink rolling zip
- empty coffee cans (2)
- Zip bag, like bank bag only dark blue
- what looks to me like a leather holster (empty) in glovebox. Cannot tell.
- White styrofoam cup with red straw in cup holder. Another on floor of drivers side footwell
- "Ho Ho" type package on dash. Upside down and appears empty
- Sunglasses
- AD issues (2)
- Work-type glove
- Another pill botttle (prescription) on front drivers seat
- Bottle of peppermint oil
- Cell phone charger
-Cell phone
-Navy colored sweatshirt, adult size
- Grey bank bag- Nations Bank
- CD's
- Video camera in camera bag
- Pill bottle (prescription) in side well of cab door along with wallet, cash (not the $30,000+) smaller amount
- A spread, clearly by LE of $100 bills
- Plastic bag with several wrappers in it marked $10,000, such as a bank would wrap bills for a large withdrawal
- Madyson sized Barbie type doll, bleached blong haor wearing brown tanktop style dress. Light green hairclip clipped to back of dolls tanktop
- Pair of jeans (or something in jean material.)

Now, there is no way in 'he double l' I am going back through these past few pages of 'posts' to try and determine who made what sense, if any, of these unseized items.
So if any of ya'll would be willing to bring to my attention anything relevent (operative word here) then I would just love to discuss it.

And just for the sake of clarification for anyone who might be confused, yes- this list of items comes from my analysis of photos taken at the time the truck was found and 'processed' by the SO and the OSBI in comparison to their search warrants.

No, we DO NOT KNOW that the pic NCMEC is using is the last seen pic. But it is certainly slanted to appear that way. That should be clarified with NCMEC. It seems evident to me that someone pulled that picture off of a phone or camera of some sort, handed it to NCMEC with a time stamp on it, and said, this is the last known pic of Madyson. Look! It has a date and everything!

JMO, of course.

I am going to start allocating jobs here, my friends, of analyzing the where/why/how of every item on this list.
Speak up now or forever hold your peace, because if you want a specific item on my list of unseized items you better pick now. Otherwise, I'm siccing Bobbles on you.

And from what I hear, he's packing. OK???? DO YOU UNDERSTAND?

So they thought, "Well, heck-fire, the truck of a missing family, it's just not that important - let 'em drive it off, Junior"?

We pretty well sussed out the Credit Violations Bureau thing. (See above, little726 at #461 and below)

It was noted that "The '(empty)' here is certainly ominous" in re: the empty holster (?). And that somebody smokes cigarettes made in Grove OK by the Seneca-Cayuga tribe. The "Parker Jones" paperwork and brochures, which I first took to relate to some financial institution, apparently concerns an art & interiors gallery in Culver City CA - perhaps a destination for a family gone missing of its own accord? "HTML for eBay" (?) might indicate a financially troubled family intent on raising $$$ via that venue. And I swear Maisie wasn't in the truck for any nine-or-so days if she didn't get into the cheese popcorn.

I would like to add something that seems to be missing...A LEASH FOR MAZIE!

  • #567
whgodot. You are the first victim. Only because you're on here at the moment, haha and because I like you. You get the Skydancers. I want any and all statements, media reports, family and friend observations, info on the company, where you would buy in the area, how much whomever smoked actually smoked, and the cost of Skydancers in Oklahoma. I also want to know what they smell like and one thing I will not do is light up a bunch of cigs around my dogs.

K? You can do it! Go team!

About the "Sky Dancer" cigarettes. The Seneca Nation of Indians, also sells this brand in NY.

little, I did not see a leash for Maizy in the vehicle pics. Are there pics elsewhere that we can bring over that make it evident the Jamison's used a leash with Maizy with a degree of regularity?
TIA.

Thank you for that brief update, wfgodot. Did anyone actually inquire to the Credit Violations Bureau about whether there were any outstanding tickets for the Jamisons?

  • #571
No, no photo. Maizy was not that old at the time.I can only assume they would have a leash for her.

Now...Junior driving off the truck. Herein lays a significant problem. I am not aware of Juniors b-day, and so do not know if he remains a minor. I do know that he was a minor at the time of the disappearence, and therefore- no sleuthing allowed. Can someone clarify for me if he is still currently a minor by verifiable birthdate?
TIA.

I used my "PACER" account to check for any violations the Jamisons might have received. There is none!

No, no photo. Maizy was not that old at the time.I can only assume they would have a leash for her.

Note to all: Assume is a very specific term in LE. The reference begins with "Assuming makes an...." and goes from there

I see no leash in the truck, nor do I see a leash on any of the pictures of Maizy in the media, or in the pic with Madyson holding her. My conclusion: leashes do not seem to be of much importance to shih zhu's in OK.
Perhaps someone could look into the requirements of registration, tags, vaccinations etc. for this dog- or at least the requirements for Eufala.

litttle, you just won yourself another job. Congratulations! You are one step closer to a reward that you may or may not receive!
Please investigate other avenues of this paperwork, to see what might be involved. Were there no violations at all? Was there a violation, but it was paid? Was it perhaps meant for Bobby Sr? Was it a request of some sort? Etc.
Thank you, dear.

ETA: My gut tells me something about this paperwork is very important. And I have a gut like iron.

Skydancers:

The Seneca-Cayuga have a Class II casino and cigarette manufacturing plant near Grove, Oklahoma, which makes their Skydancer cigarettes.

---
Skydancers sell for about $25.00 a carton or $2.25 a pack. A reviewer notes, "Definitely the cheapest cigarette I've seen but also cheaply made (burns unevenly, tobacco falls out) and almost feels like smoking a roll-your-own. Only real reason I'd consider buying them is the price and they are additive free too." Another opines, "I cant get any smoke out, never enough to get a decent buzz." On a more positive note, a Californian adds that they "aren't bad at all. They also burn slow like American Spirits.

On another review site, we hear that "They may be called 'premium', but there is nothing premium about them really....I will stick to Camels and Marlboros for now, but if I ever go broke then I know this brand is the one to go to." (italics mine)

And yes, Virginia, there is nicotine in Skydancer cigarettes.

"Junior" was used in a jocular manner to indicate a backwoods official - not a family reference.

The files that were listed were for Bobby D Jamison and Jeanette Jamison, in 1997. Two were for bankruptcy. There was also one listed for HHS,1997.

I will recheck
