Still missing

I found her through White Pages (with a photo so it's definitely her) with a previous address in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania and another address in Maryland. In Pennsylvania, under the name Roxie Lenore Faizy with her date of birth there are multiple arrest records (Montgomery County Courts, verified through www.searchquarry.com) for identify theft, forgery, theft by deception, computer trespass and unlawful use of a computer. She also goes by the name Roxie Faizuddin and Roxie Falzy. IMO she may be voluntarily missing if her past caught up with her.

"The body of an Oklahoma woman who had been missing for weeks has been found, and her death is being investigated as a homicide. 56-year-old Roxie Faizy had been missing since February 25. Officials said two people walking by a creek near Valiant in rural McCurtain County found her body around 7:30 Monday night."

Missing woman’s body found wrapped in chain in creek

According to this article ...

Authorities say 56-year-old Roxie Lenora Phillips Faizy was found dead about 7:30 p.m. Monday in a creek just west of Valliant, Okla.

Her body was wrapped in a chain; and her hands had been zip-tied, a state investigator said.

Faizy last was seen Jan. 25 at a tanning salon in Broken Bow, Okla.

She failed to get to a high school basketball tournament she was expected to attend.

A few days later, Faizy’s husband reported her as missing.

From all appearances on sm... everyone speaking of how cute a couple and in love. But, who knows, some saw Andreen's marriage that way too.
I do find it very odd that the husband waited a couple days to report her missing. There was never any mention of anything amiss, like during a kidnapping/burglary situation, around the home. I really wonder what happened here.

Given her apparent criminal record it may also be that a victim of identity theft took matters into their own hands instead of going to the police.

True true! It just seems weird that there was no sign of struggle noted. But, who knows, they don't share a lot of that sort of thing.

I would like to see a timeline... “a few days” does NOT cut it for me, coming from a spouse..

To find her docket information from court. Go to this website. Common Pleas Docket Sheet select "search by participant name" enter her first and last name and date of birth 06/26/1962 and select Montgomery County. Then hover over the little symbol to the left of the dockets that come up and select "court summary" from the drop-down menu that pops up to see the court charges. They are extensive and are definitely behaviors that will have people VERY angry with you. I've provided a link below but adding directions for the mod's so everyone knows how to use this publically available and free search feature of the PA court system.

We don't know where the actual crime scene was. She was more than likely killed elsewhere and then the body was driven away from where evidence would be found to be left in the water. You are right though, they are not releasing many details.

A story from the other day with a good account of the way her hands were bound and how the chain was wrapped on her body.
https://www.arklatexhomepage.com/news/local-news/no-arrests-in-mccurtain-county-homicide/1864288812

"Two individuals were walking the creek, they're neighbors, and they located a body floating," said McCurtain County Detective Devin Black.

The circumstances led detectives to investigate the case as a homicide.

"Her wrists weren't bound, but they were ziptied to the chain, and the chain was kind of laced, or wrapped, around her body." Black said.

Thanks for this article, Jethro. I also see that she was identified by fingerprints which leads me to believe that she wasn't killed immediately.

As near as I can tell she was found in this small creek on a dead end road - somewhere in the vicinity of the pin.
