On Tuesday, an Oklahoma judge approved a motion to waive the preliminary hearing for Cora Twombly. Twombly also waived her right to a speedy trial.
Cora Twombly and Paul Grice have their next court date on February 19. The three other defendants, Tifany Adams, Tad Cullum, Cole Twombly have a preliminary hearing Dec. 17.

Court documents from Tuesday show Cora Twombly will wait in jail until a February hearing because the judge denied bail.
Preliminary hearings for Cullum, Adams and Cole Twombly will be held on Dec. 17 at 9 a.m.
Twombly submitted her waiver on Tuesday, while Grice submitted his waiver back on September 18.
Prior to waiving her hearing, Cora Twombly along with her husband Cole Twombly, Tifany Adams, and Tad Cullum were originally scheduled to appear in court for a preliminary hearing on Wednesday. However, the four of them submitted a joint order to strike the hearing, pushing the court date back to November 20.
