He was arrested yesterday afternoon at 1:45 at Blue Star Donuts in Portland. He wasn’t booked until after midnight, which likely means he was questioned for hours. His biological son, Billy and the boy’s mother, Karissa Fretwell are still missing.

On Friday, a dive team from Clackamas County was called to Stephens Reservoir in Yamhill County to continue the search.

Wolfe took a polygraph test on Monday and was released, according to one of Wolfe's family members.

IMO. LE does not charge someone with murder unless they have proof. LE has found evidence of this, that we are not privy too yet. There would be no way a prosecutor would bring charges without proof.

Since Oregon is home to Nike, the type of clothing the undercover cops were wearing was out of place. The regulars in dwtwn pdx do not wear Dad clothing and the pacific northwest have their own distinct fashion.

He didn't stand a chance not to be recognized. His picture and the story has been in our news non stop so trying to blend into the dwtn mix didn't work for him! Plus Blue star is a popular destination for ppl who live here and tourists.

Absolutely, imo. She would likely know, via phone, tv or word of mouth.

What do you think would lead them to that conclusion? They found blood somewhere, and enough of it to infer a person couldn't survive that loss of blood without immediate medical attention?
