Everyone is still an interest.

Does anyone know if school will still be in session on Monday is Kyron is still missing?

I read they are still having school, and will have support there for the children.

The superintendent is talking now... I would assume she will address whether school will be open.

Can I get the link, please? First one didnt work for me

Sad that this has taken place.

I'm glad they are fixing the glitches of security.

In one of the articles a 13 year old left a comment that goes to school there,K-8th grade.Students will probably have more info to tell LE,any bullies, any strangers, etc.

Superintendent - Tomorrow a crisis response team Monday and Tuesday... school psychologists from several school. 2 school resource officers for security. Mandating the use of automated attendance call system. 37 out of 57 elementary schools already use it. Requiring that everyone uses that now... it will probably take a week and in the meantime personal calls will be made. Staff, contractors and volunteers display ID badges. Anyone not cooperating will be asked to leave. Counseling hot line in place Monday morning.

Sheriff:

Kyron last seen at south entrance to school - info came from a student who was debriefed today. Timeline is tightening. There are photos from Friday that families have brought to the interviews today.

No one has been cleared. In the disappearance of a child, everyone is a person of interest.

Six oclock they'll start putting everything together this evening.

School Supe:

Crisis response team Monday and Tuesday to provide counseling. School counselors from other schools there. Two officers to provide security tomorrow at Skyline. Automated attendance system is mandated beginning tomorrow at all schools. All staff, contractors, volunteers must display badges. All visitors must cooperate. A counseling hotline beginning monday morning, district wide for ppl who have questions. Will review all their arrival and dismissal practices to ensure smooth handoff between school and parents.

She's declining to answer any questions about Skyline's protocol on absenses.

Sheriff's spokesperson: Parents will not speak today. They are still pretty traumatized and will not agree to speak today.

So,she dropped him off without taking him into his class and it was around a door where she left him?I don't guess the school has cameras.

Last seen near south entrance door.

did anyone hear the last question posted to the school person that she said she couldn't answer?

  • #238
I am still not understanding the point of asking the parents not to speak, if that's what happened. Or in not clarifying the facts...though I hope that Sheriff is the one that has the next press conference. I like him.

The parents are traumatized? I would hope so. That's kind of normal.

After reading the Astro postings...I am also leaning in the direction that so many of these cases have taken...God speed for all searchers.
