"It is possible the vehicle and trailer traveled over one of the Cascade Mountain range passes during this time frame,” Kindel said in a news release.

So, I wonder what is making them think the "vehicle and trailer" traveled over one of the passes (Mt Hood, Santiam .. isn't McKenzie closed?)

answering myself here.
I thought I had heard McKenzie was closed..

October 25, 2010 - ODOT Closes McKenzie Pass Highway

BEND – With 4 feet of snow blocking the Old McKenzie Pass Highway, OR 242, maintenance managers with the Oregon Department of Transportation have made the decision to close the highway for the winter/snow season.

I don't believe that Lori walked anywhere...:(

Enclosed trailer, LE will not say location of where it is..

So they think he (husband) was driving vehicle (Trooper)?

"It's not like her to just to disappear,'' said Diedre Moore, a co-worker at the hospital who went to Lane Community College with Blaylock. Moore said Blaylock has been married to her husband Steve Blaylock for 15 months.

Moore said Blaylock missed a mandatory staff meeting at the hospital the day before her husband said she walked away from their home, and "she's pretty good about coming to those meetings because she likes her job."

Moore said it was also out of character for Blaylock to leave without her pickup truck.

Married 15 months..

BBM; So LE feels she was missing prior to when Hubby said she walked out? Then a co-worker says she missed a staff meeting. Was the staff meeting before or after work?

Working from a crappy laptop, can someone make a quick time line?

Investigators think the SUV and trailer drove over the mountain passes and now they're focusing the search for Blaylock in Lane, Marion, Jefferson and Deschutes counties. If you've seen the SUV, trailer or Blaylock herself, call Bend Police.

Well, they do know where the trailer is now..(just will not disclose)

Sgt. Ben Gregory said the Trooper was one of the three vehicles examined at the home, and the trailer also has been located and examined, though he would not say where it was found or where it is located now.

ughhh =(

I don't want to even type what I think this means...

I just noticed, the pictures of this trailer in the article are dated 11/01/2010
or 01/11/2010?
I wonder if these are from LE? If they are I thought she was not reported missing until 11/02/2010?

I hope that his children have support during this time (they are the names listed on the trailer of interest) ~ looks like it was normally used to haul their motorcycles/quads..

His former address at one time was Silverton..

Oregon State Police detectives and forensic crime lab personnel were involved in the investigation, along with Deschutes County sheriff’s deputies, Redmond police and police in the Willamette Valley town of Silverton.
