Reporing DV without a plan to ESCAPE can only make ABUSE worse. I feel so bad for her and her children.

It’s terrible and just think that this behavior is experienced by women around the world who have limited options and even worse in countries where women have basically no rights or freedom so no options to escape.

Anyone know the significance of "43"? He used it in his business name, and I noticed he has it on an old FB profile he used under one of his aliases, "Justin Hyche". He posted a "Penn Foster High School diploma" in 2014...had another photo in 2015 that was captioned "San Francisco Mall". A few photos had "43" in them.
Possible gang affiliation??

Is anyone else kind of getting Israel Keyes vibes from this guy? It’s highly disturbing how far he traveled solely for the purpose of kidnapping and raping someone.

I’m just stunned to see the house this happened in. Looks like a nice house and there are neighbors close by.

You'd be surprised in several other cases they travel across state lines or into Canada to commit crimes.

It's more common than we know even.

I'm getting gang affiliation too. Found this:

Judging by a search of google-photos - his "43"s are keeping up with affliated colours etc associated with the 43rd Gcs too.

Google even has a map of the Gangs (Crips) and their individual turfs (Link to the 43rds):

very dangerous individual...impersonates cops..."family man"...extensive travels/multiple locations...no known source of income but plenty of money...please don't let this one slip thru the cracks (maybe 43 is his serial killer club I.D. or those hand written notes are from his mentor- so many questions)

Here's something weird that crossed my mind back in the 90s when The GreenRiver Killer was active...what if there were two- or more SKs that did NOT necessarily know each other but hung out in similar circles Johns with SWs? But only Gary Rideway was caught? He took the fall for all of them but the pother Sk's just moved on to other cities?
<modsnip>
Just a theory to think about. Do these people know each other? Discuss crimes, cases swap stories online or in person?

snipped

From the video at the link above:

She says the cinderblock structure in the garage was built for sub-letting space. Sounds like they had a renter at the house.

She stands by him, says he always helped her.

jmo

ok...

She knew. She said in her interview that it was for subleasing out. Regardless of what she thought it was, she admits she knew it was there.
This whole thing stinks, I think he was using SW and not paying them, possibly in the life as well, since he has had no w2 income that anyone can see and his father-in-law said in the NYPOST that he did not know how his daughter and son in law made their money.
No one was asking because they didn't want to hear the answers. I'm waiting to hear back if any of my nephews ever ran across him while he was here.

He reminds me of Kirkland Warren -who was also heavily involved with SW , multiple women, and controlling them
Who is leasing a makeshift cinderblock cell inside of someone's garage?....because that's not suspicious...JMO

By the pics posted, that's a pretty small room to be subletting out. As what? You couldn't fit a bed in there ...

Looks like a sex room to sublet to a pimp and a SW. If he converted the entire garage that would be different. That room was not a room to sublet.

Zuberi’s former roommates, James Dunn and Prentice Gerald, say they knew him as Sakima when they lived in a house near Prairie High School in Clark County, Washington months ago. They all shared the house with Zuberi’s girlfriend and their two young boys.

They say Zuberi told them he was the owner and landlord, and even collected their rents. Court records show the real owner of the house worked to evict Zuberi in April – and one neighbor even filed a restraining order against him.''
What did he do for money? I've never seen anyone but a traveling construction worker or a traveling nurse move that often.

Here's my theory he's affiliated with others in a sex ring.
There's one caught serial killer in Portland right now, and possibly a second suspect still on the loose. Now, this guy!
Not sure if he ran in the same circles as the Portland SK or not, and we wait and see. This is based on patterns of crimes all involving sex workers on the West Coast and mentioned in the documentary called: The Killing Season.

So is having no clue how your SIL or daughter make money. Often parents don't ask for details on the quantity of the income, but most know what their child and spouse do for a living. IMOO

Legit work? Who knows...He apparently had a "business" he started called "Forty3Organization". You'll have to google it to find info. It comes back to several people in several states, with many of his names/aliases.

I'm particularly interested in his time in the Bronx. I'm not skilled at tracking down addresses, and it's tougher when someone changes names. His list of aliases got me curious.

The word Sakima is Lenape for leader (sometimes interpreted as king). The Lenape Native Americans lived in the Bronx and surrounding area when colonizers from Europe arrived.

The name Negasi seems to be of African origin and means "he will become king."

The last name Zuberi seems to be Arabic? Not sure. It most prevalent in Pakistan and USA. It means "strong."

The last name Hyche seems to be of European origin. In USA, it's found in AL more than other areas.

First name Justin, means, not surprisingly, just, righteous.

The last name Kouassi seems to most prevalent in Ivory Coast, Africa.

Normally, I wouldn't think to check name origins or meanings, but because he changed names so often, which indicates he is choosing at least some of the names, I think it's of potential interest.

Edited to add to where I got info:
Googled name meaning sites
Ancestry.com (paid site, sorry)

Edited to add again: Looks like he stole names so this is all probably moot, fwiw!!!
So he wasn't even original enough to come up with his own fake name?? Where was this man born?

Thank you for the information.

Rolling my eyes so much I got temporary vertigo.

In the episode -- Season 23, episode 2, "Baby in Danger?!" -- Zuberi sued the mother of his children, Alycia Westfall, for throwing a glass bottle at him and damaging his suits with bleach during a fight. At the time of the episode being filmed, Zuberi and Westfall were living separately, not in a romantic relationship and sharing custody of their son. Westfall countersued Zuberi for smashing her phone and filing "a false restraining order." The episode ended with Judge Judith Sheindlin ordering Westfall to pay Zuberi $2,500 in damages.
Well, shut my mouth! Judge Judy's hinky meter didn't detect a serial rapist in her midst?! She's slipping. As an aside, maybe if she'd spend less time on contemptuous commentary about Pit Bulls, she'd pick up on these things! (I actually love Judge Judy. I just love Pit Bulls more <3 And I'm just kidding about her slipping. She's still got it! Just wish she'd skip negative commentary on any breed.

If he doesn't have a legit job or career path that requires frequent moves, it looks like he was either on the run from financial messes or running to avoid LE. The name changes support that theory, imo.

RSBM. Can you please provide links for this information? Thanks!
It's a little tough to provide links because most docket sites don't allow you to link to case pages/documents, but I can list the case numbers that are searchable by the public without a PACER/USCourts account. (You'll see court actions rather than documents, but you can use the actions to find the relevant documents on PACER!) Running short on time right now, so I’ll likely update this list later:

Contra Costa Courts (CA):
MSN20-1095 - Name change petition filed in August 2020
MSD20-02072 - Request for DV restraining order by the mother of his children, filed in July 2020
01001954601 - DUI charges filed in March 2021

Cook County Circuit Court (IL):
20191716168 and 20191716173 : Ayala Properties vs. Justin Kouassi, two evictions filed in October of 2019
There are also two cases with him listed as the plaintiff, suing a property management group for property damage and a storage facility insurance provider for breach of contract.
