Nel-- the SCA held at paragraph 50 that at the time the fatal shots were fired, the possibility of the death of the person behind the door was a clear and obvious result.

In firing four shots it becomes even more likely.

This is very far from CH.

Consequently, although frightened, the accused armed himself to shoot if he found someone in the bathroom and he did.

Nel is wrong about the tablets. The nurse clearly stated that the tablets in the packet were not administered by the prison. Therefore, to me, that indicates they must have been "imported" by a visitor. Nel you need to get everything right. There is no time for mistakes here. Or have I got this wrong?

yes, i am sure she said it was a sealed packet. the prison pharmacy would not administer a full packet... they are well placed to administer daily doses for obvious reasons.

He formed this intention in the bedroom.
He proceeded to the bathroom and fired four rounds, killing Reeva.

There is no other conclusion to be found.
