Hi - I personally do not feel that Baker County needs to be investigated AGAIN. I was communicating to those who do - to do something about it other than type complaints into an Internet forum.

ROFL!!!! I think those who believe this investigation be in Baker County have an obligation to speak out very vocally. Protest. March. Whatever it takes. Corruption of the PO PO is a serious thing. Corruption and manipulation of the Justice System should be exposed.

Here's a thought- perhaps the investigation has not led to Baker County because there is no evidence pointing in that direction. Despite what some people here think, this case is being fully investigated by the local, state and federal authorities. Are people so certain of a conspiracy against poor little Ron that they think that PCSO, FDLE, and the FBI did not check out the missing little girl's mother????? That they are involved in helping Crystal to kidnap Haleigh and will help to hide that???? Give me a flippin break!

Enough resources- manpower and financial have been wasted because a certain seventeen year old can't get her story straight. Let's waste more by chasing a case to satisfy the morbid curiosity and incessant need to be right of some Websleuths members.

But I agree that a militia of Ronettes should invade Putnam County with picket signs and bullhorns. If nothing else, it would be quite entertaining. Especially when the PCSO brings out the riot gear and tear gas.

IMO Cobra is working for Cobra, although we don't know who's paying him. I doubt that Crystal would have $$ enough to fund him, even pro bono, if that, indeed, is his price.

There is a difference between unverified facts and rumor. To be verifiable, it only has to have been stated somewhere else. That is not to say that it is necessarily the truth, but it is enough to suggest that it can be investigated by others independent of one person's having made a post about it. Pirate did attempt to provide a link to her source, though it appears the link is not working. That's enough to suggest that someone is out there discovering things about Misty that supports the claim that she was out partying for 3 days before the day Haleigh disappeared. As far as Misty having been molested by her cousin, that is straight from the horse's mouth. Should we assume then that Misty is only spreading rumors about her cousin being a perv? I guess we could.

The statement that one needs to observe something or else it is rumor is simply disingenuous. We none of us here at WS have observed much of any of these cases that are discussed.

Whatever...I will hold judgement on all parties involved until LE comes out with FACTS.

Rumors are rumors no matter how you try to disect them. NONE of these rumors have been proven to be fact in this case. I don't care who's mothers sister in law sons friend said what. Observations are one thing and spreading rumors as facts in another IMO..

I do have first hand knowledge of Misty's drug use.

I have talked with relatives of her sister in law Lindsay.

I have talked with two teenagers who have socialized with Misty in the last three months.

And I have talked with a person involved in the prosecution of Jeremy Miller when he was convicted of assaulting Misty.


There is not one person that I have talked with who knows Misty that has told me that she does not do drugs. Quite the contrary, in fact. And from a very young age.

That is still all rumor,which most of this case is and we are not better than the professionals on this case.But,when professionals are behaving unprofessional and have ulterior motives than finding a child,than we will question thier motives.And we will also try to get focus on Haleigh and we here at ws are here for missing children.

You forgot the new dangerous animals living in the woods. The ones that moved in *after* the original searches for Haleigh. They weren't so dangerous in the beginning.

LE had just threatened Cobra and Johnny S with arrest for hampering an investigation and tampering with evidence.I imagine they wanted to make sure if anything was found it would stay where it was found,it would be a crimescene and anyone knowing the law should know that.I imagine it was a better statement than saying,stay out of the woods,so you don't screw up an investigation or possibly plant evidence.IMO
