Hi, all - this is my first post, and I'm not sure if I'm doing this correctly, but I had a thought.

Cobra mentioned RC saying that he married Misty because if he didn't, if he let her go, he might never know where his son is. It was confusing to me for a while, because I thought he was either referring to RJ, or had meant to say "daughter" (in reference to HC) and simply mispoke.

Is it possible that Misty is actually pregnant? That seems most likely to me, in light of the fact that Misty is not the biological parent of RJ and would have no rights regarding HC or RJ.

Just a thought...

The interview was actually what showed me this wasn't about Haleigh to Cobra.I would have thought he came to find her,but,in the audio,he said Ronald talked about his son and so Cobra's focal point wasn't on Haleigh,but getting Misty,or he wouldn't have made that mistake.

I feel Cobra and Kim P came in the case for the media exposure.Kim says she's doing it for free,but look at how this will build thier careers.Looking at the Broward County records,Kim has at least four liens of foreclosures,federal liens of back taxes and just in January another lien of foreclosure.I think they came in this case together to better thier financial gain.I believe people would have more respect for Cobra if he had come in at first,making this about Haleigh.IMO

Personally I think Cobra just misspoke. He meant to say "daughter".

O/T Welcome Leslie, I'm a newbie too. Still trying to figure out how to get around this website and to try and keep up with everyone just reading their posts. They are really good at sleuthing and definitely fast with their responses. I finally got the nerve up (after only posting a few comments prior) to jump into a fast paced rumor thread last night, due to some updated information from an Art Harris interview and actually tried putting my :twocents: :woohoo:in. What an experience. I came out of there a little :crazy:. Very interesting to hear everyone's opinions. I know when I go back to the rumor thread now, I'll probably be 2 pages behind again. Can't imagine how far I will be behind when I get on later (need to get to some household chores soon).

I just hope and pray that something breaks very soon and Haleigh will be found alive and unhurt after all of this. That's why I guess I've been interested in this website. Maybe, with everyone's thoughts and opinions, something may trigger a positive lead to end this all.

Thank you for the welcome, Snookie! And you are probably right, considering that we didn't hear directly from Ron himself. I think the fact that there has been no real new information from law enforcement has caused me to over-speculate on the least little inaccuracy, and pick it apart. I hope and pray that little Hayleigh is found soon, that LE gets some credible leads...I'm so afraid that this case will go cold, with no resolution or answers!

Thanks for the welcome, KMT - it's nice to know there's another newbie around. I too am trying to figure out how to navigate around this website. It's pretty amazing, isn't it? It's definitely fast-paced, and I applaud your courage at jumping in. I've been a member here for a long time, and I'm just NOW posting! I understand about falling behind; seems like I spend so much time reading the messages that I forget what I was going to say (or someone else has already said it much better than I could!)

I too hope that something breaks soon. I SO want Hayleigh to be found alive and well, I swear I go to bed with theories swirling through my head, and wake up the same way. While I really do fear that this case could go cold, I have a lot more faith that it won't due to this website and the awesome people here who won't turn loose of it. It might get contentious at times, but that might well help keep this case alive and increase the odds of finding this precious little child.

Well,he could have,but since people are questioning the motives of why some have inserted themselves in this case,he should have been more careful.It's just so frustrating in these high profile cases,the players keep coming in,just different names.I think it's horrid to use a little missing girl for your own purpose.Now,we have people involved in this becoming celebrities,doing parades.While they're collecting money for themselves,where's Haleigh?LE already interviewed WBG,these people are only telling the public what he's said to make them look like their in Satsuma for a reason.What have they actually done for the case?

I was wondering about something: More of a question.....Does anyone here remember when LP was first onto the CMA case and he said he paid for the cell phone records and got access to them thru the cell phone company?....so I was wondering if the PI (s) working this case had or are able to get the cell phone records of the key players in this case? (seriously)..... I'm curious and was just merely hopeful ....if the PI's got the cell phone records that would be interesting to know that they are working that angle as well. It's frustrating that we dont have them to work from.

Can someone just pay to see other people's cell phone records? Seems like an invasion of privacy to me, unless they are LE and are working a case.

I really highly doubt it. As you said, theres a privacy issue.
Of course if you have a source with the cell company you could pay them off to get them for you. Stuff like that happens all the time with medical records. It's not right but it happens more then you think.

If Kim is in that much financial hot water how in the world can she afford to work for nothing? Sounds like she is in a real mess financially. Nancy Grace introduces her like she is the hottest attorney around. If she was doing that well she should have plenty of money to pay her house payments. I would gather that the foreclosures are for homes that she owns or maybe just one home that keeps going into foreclosure. So while she makes a name for herself by working for Crystal for free the rest of her life is in rack and ruin. Doesn't seem like it would be worth it to me.

She's not going to get any money from Crystal or Ronald,they don't have any money.It's about getting your name out there,more clients,how much more do you think JB charges for his clients now?These people are like celebrities now,people will want to go to them.She can write a book,look how much money she would make on an inside book on this case.

yes you can, is it legal?? that is questionable - do a google search, all you need is a name, address, cell phone # and maybe a SSN - I think you can get it without the SSN but it costs extra.

Bobbie, it's funny u brought up Nancy Grace introducing Kim as a Hot Attorney,,She did the same with Daniel Horowitz on her talk show in the Scott Peterson trial..
He was a nobody, I just use to laugh when she would introduce him..He became a little more noticeable after being on her show..especially after his wife got killed, but before that his record was nothing..Nancy loves to give credit when credit isn't due.
Interesting about how Kim is behind in debts.
