P.I. Says He Videotaped Area Where Caylee Was Later Found #2

I would like a thread with all the fishy stuff......that made us go hmmmm then.....and now makes us say hey wait a minute....

it could be before and after the finding of the body, with the meter reader and all the PI stuff, and people leaving the case and then the new ones hired....and the interviews that were done...stuff like that....???? I dont know....I have it in my head....I just dont know how to orginize it all or get it started and someone might be working on something like that all ready....

I guess Im seeing a LOT of hard work on many differnt threads....that all kinda link together in one way or another....and I would LOVE to see all that hard work in one place time lined after the 31 daysof Caylee and have it from like JULY 16 forward......(the hmmm, what? wait a min stuff)

I hope that makes since......LOL....just ignore it if it doesnt... Im so intrigued with all of this!

OK, issuing a bald-faced, blatant plea here.

I really appreciate all the work that went into the calendar from May - August. A few of us have been updating tonight for November in light of the PI video fun & fiasco, and subsequent activities.

Wouldn't it be something if we all chose a week or a few days in all of the other months and searched the forum updates threads for that week and added key notes?

(Shameless, just shameless, I am in wishing we had one repository for our combined, collective memories of significant events by date.)

Lets think about this.......What if the A's PI had information where the body was and went to videotape it while on the phone with JB or someone in the A family, and this other PI was tailing him, and videotaped him doing this. (which is what appears to have happened)

That would mean more than one person knew where KC put the body and they planned when found for the tape to show it was not there to back up their kidnapping story.

If it had been put one place and the water had moved it, he would have to find it again to video tape where it was or move it to its present location after the video taping for his film to be accurate. Can anyone see this man in his suit and Italian loafers walking around in that underbrush JUST to videotape ONE place?

That area is over 15 acres (maybe more) It even has a road through it to E. down next to the dead end. WHY would he go "exactly" where the body was if someone was not directing him? The more logical place would be drive on that unpaved road and video tape.

I believe we have a serious problem with the defense team here and I have noticed NONE of the big named "experts" have been around lately.

Does anyone else recall the date that Caylee's remains were found that Joy rushed up to the scene with those photographs that she claimed showed there was no body there in November? She claimed she'd taken the photos there while involved in a search with TES?? Anyone recall that?

Methinks the plot gets even thicker if that's possible...Miss Joy may have been lieing to LE as to where the photos came from as well. I think they've only revealed who REALLY took the photos (DC) because LE didn't buy her story. They tried that route, and when LE blew her off, then the real story had to come out to make them credible?

Miss Joy might be keeping KC company if she lied to LE. Supposition, of course, but it certainly makes sense to me...especially since she's involved with the PIs.

That said, while I think she did try to OJ, I think JW is pretty much immune to prosecution due to her underlying issues. Or so it would seem from her previous cases with the courts.

But that was a really, really smart recollection. Wonder if she got the still photos from Hubby's phone vis a vis Hoover?

This really does give this new twist the potential to 'jump the shark,' doesn't it? Just imagine what LE found over that acre.

I went back and checked my emails. We spent the evening going over pics and matching them up. Then we started emailing news outlets. Dec. 11th was the date her remains were found.

I was certain it was closer to the find date, too. But the closest I could come is 17 Dec. from this thread:

Now it is interesting that this attempt to give LE photos of a "genuine TES cleared" area is very close to the date that the existence of PI Hoover's video became known as he tried to sell it to mainstream media, and showed the tape to K Belich and LP (who alerted LE and FBI).

It's fascinating to think that defense or the A's might have been flexible enough to play it either way--they find remains (and maybe a incriminating item from someone else added) or they don't find anything (site was cleared before, somebody else put remains there later) = KC not guilty.

First possibility is sounding interesting....second is damage control; but either could probably be giving them too much credit, you think?

One woman said off camera Wednesday that she was part of a Texas Equusearch team that scoured this area. She claims to have photographic evidence that proves the remains were not there when they searched. Investigators reviewed the photos and took her statement.

ETA: she's obviously not a keeper of the truth either.

OK, the mind is now wandering with infinite hypothetical scenarios.

I try really hard not to leap into the realm of conspiracy, but your previous "drop a ZFG DL" morsel is too scintillating not to run with for another ride on the roller-coaster without coming up with additional questions.

I find her suspect at least. I think her lies could have no doubt brought the attention on the PIs. This topic was discussed online...letters were sent to the news media as to her association with the PIs, the As. Someone could have run with it. LE cruises here. It wouldn't surprise me if they started investigating from that moment.

Like I said on another thread, distance is deceptive with heavy brush and trees. People think 60 ft. is a long way when in reality it is very close to the road. The setbacks on most houses (where they are built) are about 50 ft.

Where did you get that info from? An average front setback is 20-25 feet not 50 feet. You figure one lane on a freeway is 10-12 feet. I am going to have to check out the GIS to see how wide the road is in front of that parcel.

Just doing a crude measurement using map.live.com Birdseye view it measures out to be approx 12.5 yards or 37.5 feet. Anybody with a more detailed map??? One thing to consider in most of the photos we've seen of the crime scene and it's relationship to the road is the focal length of the lens used. If they are using a telephoto setting, it can make depth look scrunched closer together. Man, I wish I could explain that better.
