I pray not, she is the one that is said to have a case pending and is mentally ill. I wonder if it could of been K.Cruz or Gale? I know that Gale came back to search, I as many other's gave her a map of the location at the cemetery due to the find a while back. Not implying that any of them had anything to do with what happen to Caylee. Also, what if it were reported to the FBI, since it's an on going investigation do they have to contact LE right away with leads or information they are working on? Maybe they found the body and panicked and called the FBI a contact that they had a number for previously instead of contacting OCSD since some felt that LE was ignoring all the tips and finds.

Yeah, we better watch out for those mentally ill people. :bang:

I believe that Officer Boren did. Pig bones and not related to Caylee on the other items pretty much takes care of that. Sounds debunked to me.

I agree. Let's move on...

Pig bones at a cemetary? now that is a stretch. One of the bones was identified as an ulna.

Given DC works for the As, I think it's safe to assume he is getting paid out of funds donated to find Caylee. If he was out there for the reason he states he was, to confirm it was a teen hang out, then he wasn't doing it to find Caylee, but rather, to help Casey's defence (in his mind anyways). So, wouldn't that be a serious misuse of those trust funds?????

IMO it has everything to do with this case. The detectives had every intention of going into the water at Greenwood to retrieve the rest of the remains. They questioned the woman intensively about exactly where in the water the remains would be found. Someone beat them to it and that person was unknowingly caught on tape...there is tons of specualtion on this site, this is just mine. But I want you to know that I have spoken to this woman and others involed as well as seen the documentation and I firmly beieve that this find will play a role. I believe the items she dug up belong to Caylee and Casey.

Then why hasn't this person been arrested yet?

Didn't they use the Infra Planes? Also, did you notice how close to the street the remains were found, were the bag was? It was right there in plane sight, anyone just walking by with their dog, taking a walk or searching would of found it. Go to the link where the pictures are of the crime scene. You will see how close to the street the remains are. The plane would of found the body as well, they use these planes to find our hero's missing in action. I just don't understand.

Caylee's body was skeletonized before anyone even knew she was missing. It only takes about 2 weeks for that to happen.

So infrared planes would not have picked up on her body there since no tissue remained and decomposition was complete.

That area was close to the road but it was also very scrubby and dense- no way would anyone have found a bag unless they went in there with a machete and chopped away at the underbrush. In the summer those plants grow several inches per day and they wind around anything in their way.

Sure but what the hell else is new? LOL

They couldn't do it immediately. The dectective had to have the water quality evaluated to determine how they would go about recovery.

You've been watching too many movies and crime shows. There is no way in hell LE would have left a body in the water in the hopes that surveillence cameras would catch someone trying to move it.

They would have deemed the area a crime scene, there would have been a circus of media, and we would have known about this.

It would be against procedures and AGAINST THE LAW for them to do that.

A photographer for WFTV  says that Hoover "briefly" showed him a "short clip" of the tape. Hoover says the tape was filmed over. DC is merely relaying what Hoover told him.

..if ya choose to believe anything DC is saying.

I'm not saying that they did that at all. I do know, for certain, that the water was tested in terms of it's toxicity and precautions that would be taken for anyone to enter it. In fact, the water was tested 2 times.

This is the link....

the police report is in the thread. I became very intrigued with this find when I heard about it. I decided to do some direct investigating on my own. So yes, I have actually substantiated all of this. I have actually spoken to the people involved and viewed these records (including the written sworn statement) on my own.

What is the name of the OCSO employee who authenticated this story as valid?

I do, mainly because his explanation is logical, simple, and doesn't contradict itself.

I believe it is about time for an updated BUS Schedule.

I was thinking of a couple of things, probably mean nothing:
The 15th was the Meet and Greet from 9AM -11AM. LP said this occurred the morning of the 15th of Nov. I have seen the pictures of both PI's at this M&G.
Doesn't explain why DC would have to phone Mr. Joy, but I would love to see cell phone records from DC and Mr. Joy.
This was the same time 13-15th that JB was hopping mad, wanting to take his laptop into the jail. Could he have wanted to show KC the video and ask her if this was the right area, or something along those lines?

But I thought he couldn't get a hold of Hoover! Said he'd tried like 40 times.

And why would they decide to test water after finding human remains in it?

Infra plane? I'm confused and must be behind the times with technology. I know they can search for heat (live people) from a plane, but how can they find a dead body in a garbage bag with a plane?

Did he personally tell you that human remains were found there? Did he tell you that they decided to leave them in the water and keep the area under surveilence?

You're right, he didn't relay what was told to him by Hoover, he relayed that he was told Hoover did. LP also said that Hoover claimed to have taped over the footage.

And why would they decide to test water after finding human remains in it?

The bones were near the waters edge. This area was flooded and had receeded, revealing the bones. No one went into the water that day. The dectectives on the scene would not allow it (Borin said that it was toxic as it was some sort of retention pond) even though the woman said she knew the skull was in there, with duct tape around it. If you call and speak to this detective he will admit that this is what was said. It is also written in the sworn statement.
