I think that LP has attempted to get LP to knock it off during the Blanchard Park search and by asking him to take a lie detector test. They definitely made it clear that they were not happy with him and felt that he is using this case to promote himself in the media.

I am also keen on the fact that there are further cracks in the facade. We've seen a few A camp people turn away, but this is the first overt sign of them turning on each other. And, that is a good thing.

Good question. My guess is he is consulting an attorney over the weekend as to his options or he is meeting with investigators before he does a presser. It could also be that he is waiting on the decision from the judge of that motion filed by JB, too. Maybe he wants to know that he can talk while DC will be "silenced" by JB's Master. hehehe

Yes! I would say they will be the ones to benefit the most from this fiasco.

It puts the A fam and the defense team in a very unfavorable light right now. Did they know? When did they know? How did they know? It raises many, many questions.

Why would LE even go to the trouble of trying to find out who DC was talking to? What would it prove? What if he was talking to Cindy or George? He worked for them, it's expected that he would talk to them regularly. A person doesn't sue because they're afraid of what someone will tell. Suing someone forces them to tell under oath the very thing that the person is afraid of. Makes no sense at all. According to LP, this search was done in the area KIO described. She was 250 feet away, Hoover was 100 feet away (not exact on those numbers).

THREATENING to sue could easily keep someone quite. DC is threatening to sue based on what LP said Hoover said. Dc has not even talked to Hoover to find out his side of the story, yet he's on TV threatening to sue. WHY? If LE believe that DC had info on where to find Caylee in November and the tape backs that up, I certainly hope they would care to find out who he was on the phone with. LP said Hoover was 100 feet away, he did not say which direction, DC could have been even further away from the school.

It was MB, wasn't it? The A's were supposed to do a major announcement around Monday, November 22nd, with new evidence as to why they believed Caylee was alive. It kept getting pushed off.

We've discussed it a bit on the rumours thread to try and figure out if this is related to the PI's being near the remains site 15th/16th. And MN quit on the 20th of November, so...

This case is so full of people who speak "mistruths" that it's hard to decipher what is from what is made up. ugh

Conway hired on a Tuesday, I think Dec. 9th, MB released statement around the 12th that she was withdrawing as spokesperson, but was still supporting the A's on background. Posted somewhere she was withdrawing for health reasons, I believe surgery pending.

(She might be preparing for surgery, but I think Conway performed an excise of excess flesh himself.)

Of course, a nasty anonymous RG article has since shown up on Huffington right around Christmas.

Nov 17 A family announces they have tips and findings to prove Caylee is alive,but put off their news conference until MN returns.

Nov 20 MN resigns / news conference cancelled
Nov 21 Caylee look alike mall picture hits the media
Then they had that awful last minute news conference where MB looked like she has just gotten out of bed and Cindy kept her head down the entire time.
