P.I. Says He Videotaped Area Where Caylee Was Later Found #2

LOL At least we had something to chew on during New Year's! I wasn't expecting that at all. I thought this forum would be scrounging for something to discuss, but this conveniently popped up. Timing truly is everything sometimes.

In comparison to other big cases, there hasn't really been a down time has there? And usually from Christmas to a week after New Years, things come to a screetching halt.

Another thing I've realized that's different in this case is how many rumors have turned out to be true!

Late Friday, Eyewitness News learned that a press conference was expected Monday, possibly to discuss the controversy over video that was taped at the scene where Caylee's remains were later found. But early Monday afternoon, Eyewitness News learned there would be no press conference. No details were given as to why.

Well..that figures! We should have known by another highly publicized presser which included this particular PI that was abruptly called off.

I can't believe the P.I.'s would say what they have ALREADY said.

But, they did. And they promised a press conference.

I also can't believe Baez has a new tip line for pictures of Caylee's gravesite.

I hope all the SEARCHERS on WS that were in the area have contacted LE already and shared with them.

Have the PI's been interviewed by LE yet?

This smells of a shutdown by LE. The "PI search" could substantiate charges against GA and CA and any alleged involvement in a coverup. The PI's could also be potentially charged if they did find any type of remains and didn't report them. So perhaps they were threatened with charges by LE or perhaps the threat was already there, and they cancelled on the advice of an attorney.

It seems like when anyone with any info decides to talk publicly that someone shuts it down.

It doesn't surprise me at all that it was called off so abruptly. I also would not be shocked to see JH going ahead with his presser later. LOL

While I was looking on other sites for news of the now-defunct presser, I ran across this by accident and while it appeared to be something for a minute that it is not...I got quite a laugh out of it.

Yeah they like everyone else in this case wants full immunity and LE isn't handing them out like candy

Maybe it's just me, but it kind of makes sense, to the extent anything ever does in this case. We have people who won't yet talk to the police, claims raised of A/C privilege, yet they were going to have a press conference. Plus what they've already said is looking a little contradictory and absurd. The defense is really focusing on the site where Caylee's body was found, so they can try to claim Casey didn't dump her there, the remains weren't there before, blah blah blah. I bet they'd like to get a handle on "the story" why people associated with the defense and/or the A's were out there at least twice we know of before the remains were found, doing whatever they were doing on a break from being 2 steps away from producing a live Caylee. I saw the A's attorney suggesting on tv that the MM's story might be a bit hogwashery, so it might be hard for defense proponents to say that and keep a straight face about the PI activities.

While I was looking for news on the presser being called off, I stumbled across this and laughed so hard. While for a second it appeared as something it is definitely not, it caught me off-guard. Hahahaha~

How many tips lines does this make??? I'm curious as to why Baez has a tip line for pictures - it could be like Survivor and the fake idol - someone can photoshop a picture and Baez uses it at trial, that would be trouble - AND I wouldn't doubt that there are those that will do this

I think that LE is involved in getting the presser shutdown too. The A's sending the PI's to the scene, the video etc. could all be involved in the threatened charges against the A's. And if the PI's found anything and didn't report, they could be facing charges too. They could have gotten lawyers, and I think any attorney would have told them to keep their mouths shut.

As we know the FBI has had Dominic Casey's phone since Dec 18th I think. They have his pings, photo's, conversations and other from that phone. If you read what is reported today about the Press Conference you will notice it states.

No Press Conference From Anthonys' Private Investigators. That mystery caller could be a big clue that connects Casey to the crime scene.

Maybe the tip line should be flooded with pics of KC in the 30 days prior to Caylee being reported missing!
