Maybe the PI is psychic!
I highly suspect a privileged work product.
Maybe the PI is psychic!
From the initial reports. If LE has confirmed exactly who met the meter man at the scene in August, I do not have their name.
The meter man saw the bag in August. He later met a detective at the scene yet the detective found nothing.
Months later, in the same spot, the meter man finds the body in a taped up plastic bag.
Righttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttt.
That doesn't begin to make sense. How do you send someone to film an area where a body is hidden to make sure it can't be seen and not tell them what they're looking for? If the body wasn't well hidden, they'd be sending him right to it. No way on earth will anyone ever convince me that the A's knew the location of Caylee's body.
Casey Anthony's attorney concerned about police questioning of private investigator

The motion states, "there is a chance that such questioning would delve into privileged information."
Baez stated he hired Casey as an investigator July 28, and the service agreement between the two was terminated Oct. 1.
During that time, Casey "acquired certain privileged information that would be protected under the work-product doctrine and the ethical standards adhered to by licensed private investigators."

I agree, Chilly.
I will have to listen to Kronks calls again and someone correct me if I'm wrong,
but, did he not mention in his August calls he saw something white? I did not hear him say a black garbage bag.
I think he did see something but it wasn't the bag Caylee was found in, I think it was other garbage and stuff thrown into the swampy area.
Well I think you should stick LE, detective is a breed above, and that is coming from a daughter of a cop. (LT) not a Detective.
Now this article I find interesting. Although it doesn't mention the videotape, in reading between the lines it appears that Baez believes PI Casey and, I would assume, his partner Hoover (who did the filming) used privileged information in some way. Did Casey A. tell Baez where she put the body?
Service argeement terminated as of Oct. 1 means that the video is fair game, alledgedly being shot in November.
I've worked for 10+ years under work-for-hire (i.e. work product) contracts, and anything I do after termination of contract date is mine, and mine alone, including all legal liabilities, insurance requirements, etc. And, while under contract, it is my personal responsibility to ensure that I conform to all local statutes and laws.
This is another weak JB attempt to pander to the media and the general audience, that won't hold up under legal scrutiny. Just like with the remains site.
GAME ON!
That is what I am wondering too Chilly. Why is he so freaked out about them questioning this PI? HmmmmmNow this article I find interesting. In the incident report dated 8/11 it says "gray bag".

In the 8/11 phone call he says "something that looked white".

In the 8/12 phone call he says: "fallen tree, white board and something round and white underneath it.

Can't wait for the final report.
Defense attorney on the panel (name?) stated that the SA/Investigator's in this case don't have the right to question this video produced by the A's PI because it's defense evidence and they have to wait until it comes out in trial, if I understood her correctly. But now that it's public (by the way, does anyone know how news of this video's existance became public?) doesn't LE have the right to look at it and into this claim NOW because of the possibility of someone's involvement or participation in a crime? (stress, possibliity)
Somethings tells me this is gonna be a long trial :waitasec:.
Wudge, with regard to this being impeachment material......it's going to be interesting to see who, defense or prosecution, broaches this topic first during the trial.
If the video is not legit....why is BAEZ so worried?
He saw A BAG, A Grey Bag, in August, I do not think it was the bag.
