I'm just not buying it. Assuming someone is associated with the movement (because of a homemade license plate?) is a lot different than having evidence to document it as fact.

"The movement" is not formally organized, has no membership rolls, no leadership hierarchy, and.... no codified set of f beliefs. Likewise, people come and go, some buy into nearly all "teachings"- or just accept a the ones the suit them the most. Some members may formerly declare teir membership. Most others, however, never do.

As a result, its probably very hard to prove that anybody is a member- well, other than the most outspoken ones.

Fake license plates, however, is a pretty common stunt of the bunch because it hits on so many movement ideas: Rejection of authority, the "right" to travel with out restrictions, and... a rejection of taxation.

But, wait, there is more.... punishments for fake plates are traffic based and therefore, light. Thus, one can, say, "resist" / rattle the "goobermint's" cage with out risking alot. Super attractive to believers who want cool brownie points from other believers- but who do not want to take the big plunges with far more jail time.

I agree that the assumption of membership cant likely be proven (no membership rolls, suspect has never self affirmed membership. But, I would say that the homemade plates are a strong indicator of him having accepted at least some movement "teachings".

Yes [I saw him run with the backpack]... Yeah [he turned the corner]... Once he went in between the buildings, I could not see him anymore. And at that point I had then radioed to communication command. I said, Hey, suspect spotted rear of building. Grabbed the backpack and ran in between the buildings.

I think Rowe was out of line. Fallon put up a photo of 911 2024 ceremony. Biden, Trump and about 50 "other people" and Rowe but no SS detail. When ask what's wrong with this photo, Rowe became defensive, said, the SS are on the perimeter. Then he went off ....he was at 911, never did clarify why SS were not near the Protectees. He just don't get it.

All my option... I had high hopes for Rowe, that changed instantly today.

Rowe ....."I wanna put the Secret back in SS."

The chairman stated ....I want to put the Service back in SS.

I watched all the committee meetings for the task force, Senate and House. All have repeatedly ask for Rowe to communicate with the public. Grassley and others in the first hearing requested he do a pressed weekly, never happened. Still no joint communication system, he's looking at several, the committee has repeatedly recommended he use same as DOD and Homeland for compatibility purposes. Much of the 290 million emergency funds was spend to pay staff from other agencies. He's bumped the staff 400, but will have have 200 enrolling for protection detail next year. Sounds like the 400 are "other" and not protection detail.

Some made it clear today, the agency must change.

Moo....Rowe wants praise and to feel special because he is a "public servant".

He was way out of line today, had that been you or I, Capital Police would escort us out. He don't get HE works for Congress. If I had spoken to my boss, as he did I've been fired on the spot.

He's got to go, he's not going to change, got to bigger ego, no respect for Congress, and does not accept criticism. I've noticed anytime suggestions or criticism in any of the hearings he becomes extremely defensive. To me, not a good sign of a leader.
