The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a 15-year-old Missing Juvenile Charelle Buxton-Young. She was last seen at 10:25 P.M., on Monday, January 24th, 2022, on the 15xx block of North 60th Street.
She is 5’6″, 150 lbs., brown eyes and red hair. Clothing description is unknown.
