Now they are saying little girl was shown a video of some male, and told this was her new daddy. Maybe light skinned male was not an actual person? What I mean by that is that the child was shown a video of this male rather than see him in person?

Yes, the individual she was conversing with has now removed their responses so it looks like a one sided conversation, but it wasn't at the time.

That signature could be Ms. China....

But it looks more like Ms. Chris (as short for Christina) or the "Tina" part of the name is squished and illegible...

but I am not certain.. At all..

Wow! What a great update today. I've tried to catch up, but this thread has grown enormously in the last few hours. Am I correct in that one female was arrested today? And, we now know N was raped? Did this arrest have something to do with the daycare link I read about in this thread a while ago? TIA

I don't think it can be linked here as the person whose YouTube account it is uploaded to is not a named suspect. If anyone is to search for the youtube account of ER they will find a video of a child referred to as her two yr old son humping a couch along to a song called Sir Hump A Lot.

Given our conversations about the rather sexualized nature of some of the family photos of various child family members I thought I would make mention.

I think that would warrant a trafficking charge. I don't think LE would miss the opportunity to charge her with that count.

I realize the DNA connection but I feel it could just as well be because CR is the "teen" who released N in the wee hours to be found in the park later.

Still not sure I buy her as the female who removed her from school. Not saying she isn't, it just doesn't feel right to me.

I will have to wait for more details to land on this issue.

Back when our granddaughters were going to daycare after school until I could get off work and pick them up, the ownership changed hands and several new daycare teachers were hired. One outspoken (mouthy) teacher, early 20's became obsessed with our two gd's. Just couldn't say enough good things about them.

She kept wanting to take them to the park on the weekend. Our dd agreed it was not a good idea. After she was turned down nicely on her offer, she started blaming our two gd's of being bad (they have never been bad and especially when they were young per teachers etc..) Each time I picked them up, there she was tattling on something.

At a Christmas program at the daycare the teacher showed up smelling of alcohol and talking even louder than usual. She was fired asap. I was so glad.

Christina reminded me of that daycare teacher. chills.

I follow you janeumayer. It depends IMO on who the tee-shirt belongs to as to whether there are reasonable explanations for whatever type of DNA was found. I must assume that the DNA belongs to CR but do not know what type.

Not being argumentative. Thinking like a defense attorney and playing devil's advocate here. It is just what I do, pay me no mind.,

If the tee shirt belongs to the suspect you might expect her DNA on it, and depending on what type of DNA it could be explainable.

Particularly since so many people all appear to be sharing this household. I am not saying I do not think CR is guilty as charged, simply running over potential evidence in my head and trying to see possible future twists and turns as this case develops and heads off towards trial eventually.

The only thing the tee shirt does THAT I KNOW OF FOR SURE is link N to that house and to CR specifically.

Which is probably why we have seen her arrest and not anyone else they have questioned even tho LE indicates they were released because of lack of cause to hold them.

and while I am playing devils advocate

in regards to a potential civil suit against the elementary school:

If CR pulled this off, as in was the abductor, the rapist AND the releasor. Her actions were not those of a criminal mastermind.

She took a child who is a client of her job, walked into a school in her own neighborhood and dealt with at least TWO staff members while there. Wore her disguise. Walked the abducted child to the house she stays at, and was either met there or accompanied to by a male as she did so.

She assaulted the child, dressed the child in her own shirt, with her own DNA on it.

Don't even get me started on the parrot SMDH

She released the child in such a way that N could recognize the home FGS

All of the above shows me this was no master criminal.

The fact that the school allowed this person, this mastermind to remove a 5 yr old student makes it that much more likely IMO that N and her mother will win major award from a jury if civil remedies are pursued. And they would deserve every penny of it IMO.
