I'm really amazed and shocked that more isn't known about her case. But sorry; IMO; LE in these area's sometimes are way too lax on missing person cases. It doesn't matter the age either. It's rural and cold now so very cold. I just have no sense of "knowing" much about her at all. did she have any issues or problems and it makes me sad. IF you are beautiful you are plastered everywhere. If not then the case gets almost dropped? I say this because I remember the Linda Arndt case and how we lured him online to talk...and then finally....he was arrested. It always creeped me out to know we all brought him out online though. Esp since I spoke directly to him and confronted him. In this case; there is that same feel. Why hasn't NG or msm picked up on her case?

Actually, LE have been devoting quite a bit of resources to this investigation. They have searched, including with dogs and helicopters. They have interviewed, collected evidence, handed out flyers, and tried to get the word out.

MSM and even local media have indeed been lacking in their efforts. I wondered too if she were younger or rich if there would be more attention from media.

I asked that earlier, but I don't think anyone knows. Holly has lots of siblings, but the only one in the interview was her brother. I suspect if he lives with a family member in the park though, it's more likely to be with Holly's mom than Holly.

Holly only lives with her son.
No one has been allowed in the home, per LE instructions, since her disappearance.

It's actually not a facebook page, it's a facebook group. AFAIK groups are not open to the public. Pages are always public. I suggested to our local member earlier that someone should set up a page for Holly. Sadly they haven't done it.

Sorry, but I have an abhorrence of Facebook and what it represents. I will not use it.

JM 2 cents!

I feel LE knows what happened to her.
I do not believe she was abducted I think she was murdered and the person responsible is
well known to her>
LE needs to find her and have enough Evidence to arrest..
So we wait! sometimes it take years! Sadly!

It does seem that LE must know more than they are saying, as is normal. I'm sure they don't want to tip anyone that they are building a case until they are ready to make an arrest.

I'm not sure where her boyfriend lives, but I "think" this article is saying that he lives near the site of this accident, although I'm not sure if the house he was coming out of was his:

http://www.wfmz.com/news/news-regional-lehighvalley/vehicle-overturns-in-violent-wreck-in-front-of-lehigh-county-tavern/-/132502/23372078/-/v7jiukz/-/index.html

According to State Police, the vehicles collided at the intersection of North Walnut Street and Brookside Road near the Buckeye Tavern around 1:30 p.m.

...Just down the street, Holly Grim's boyfriend, Dwayne Mory, was getting ready to join the search party. "We walked out the door and heard the people screaming. I turned around, grabbed the keys, and went to get an ambulance," Mory said.

I'm very glad that people were searching this weekend.

I would have liked to help but... I did not understand the area they were searching on Saturday. It is not near where she was last seen.

Sunday, I could not help. I hope to sometime. But I must be honest that since it has been so long since she disappeared, I'm not sure that I could stand finding what might be found. It actually scares the heck out of me. I think if she is still alive, it would not be someplace that volunteers could search.

What is very good news is that LE have been able to search and secure the house. In so many cases, warrants can take months, years or never be obtained. We know about the evidence of a struggle Holly's mom saw, so there has to be a chance there is more evidence she couldn't see, but forensic experts could.

Holly has 5 brothers who are living, and one who is deceased. One of the brothers lives with Holly's mother.

A mother should never lose one child let alone two. This is another thing that makes my heart break for her mother. She already lost a son, and now possibly her only daughter.

I don't know how Holly's searches are being organised, but I think most take into account that not everybody who wants to help can search, and they have roles - making tea, co-ordinating maps etc, giving out flyers, supplying sandwiches. I've given out big bags of chocolate snacks to emergency workers as my contribution - they disappeared fast, so I think it was okay.

She has 6 brothers!
I think she lived there with her son but did BF live with her or does he have a sep residence?

There is an ambulance company right down the street from where that accident happened. You will see where it is located if you click on the map link below.

The search could have been organized from the ambulance company and Dwayne might actually work there or be a volunteer. The article states he turned around, grabbed the keys, and went to get an ambulance when he heard the screaming. I doubt he keeps an ambulance at his house.

Thanks! It did not even occur to me that he might have been coming out of the ambulance corp building!

But, they were meeting at the Macungie Park, not the ambulance corp, as I understand it.

Media articles said he 'stayed over that night'.

I don't think this one was organized at all. They just decided that morning to get some people together and meet and search - nowhere near where she went missing. Anything helps of course. It certainly can't hurt.

Hopefully future searches will be more organized.

I have been keeping my eyes open, driving around, taking Grange Road when I can to look around again. I know others have done this as well. There were also people walking the fields around the mobile home park the weekend she disappeared.

I don't know the bf, just what I have heard about him. But I have not heard if he volunteers for the ambulance corp.
If he does... it makes me wonder now why they chose that area to search.
The person who organized the search implied she knows who took Holly, as I understand it. I wonder if she suspects someone who lives or works near there.

There's a Dwayne Mory listed as living in N.Walnut, so I think he was coming out of his home as mentioned in that article, and I don't think he lives with Holly.

That is what I understand, too...

BF doesn't live with Holly...

And there is a person of his name living on N. Walnut Street ...

bbm

In the fb group they say they searched "grange wooded area around grange, searched the abandoned trailer there were like 10 or 11, searched the (retention) pond" and "As far as Grange road goes everything that was covered yesterday got rechecked today and we finished past faust junkyard right to the highway".

Is that not the area she vanished from?
