"Shrager said there will likely be psychological information that comes into play [...]"

So that is at odds with the former statement that she denies all wrong doing, wouldn’t it seem?

Maybe, maybe not. It wouldn't necessarily be NV's information. It also might not concern the twin's death but could relate to the abuse charge concerning the other twin.

This does give credence to the idea several posters suggested earlier-- that the prosecution was seeking the DP to force a plea bargain. Given how odd the DP justifications presented were, I'm now more inclined to agree with that idea.

Yes, I was one of those who thought so, because I’d seen similar happen in another case.

Plus, a denial of wrongdoing could mean the accused would contend not knowing right from wrong. GBMI.

“Top-Tier Advocacy In High-Stakes Cases”

“William Difenderfer has built a reputation on his powerful courtroom victories spanning the last three decades. Bill is one of the select, few criminal defense attorneys that has taken cases to trial and won verdicts for his clients. He has tried and won several nationally known cases, and has defended against every type of criminal charge. Bill practices in both state and federal court, handling cases from Criminal Homicide where the government is seeking the death penalty to Driving Under the Influence (DUI) and everything in between.”

“Tina O. Miller is a trial lawyer with extensive experience as both a federal prosecutor and defense counsel in a wide variety of criminal and civil cases. Her success as a trial lawyer includes cases involving public corruption, fraud, civil rights, arson, arms trafficking, carjacking, contracts, narcotics trafficking and sex offenses. In the fall of 2007, she was sole counsel for the government in a federal death penalty trial involving a murder-for-hire scheme. She is a former Deputy United States Attorney and Chief of the Criminal Division at the United States Attorney’s Office in Pittsburgh where she led the investigation and prosecution of numerous high-profile cases, served as a crisis coordinator, and supervised over seventy employees in three offices.”

Sounds very high profile and competent. I wonder if NV’s wealthy father was the one who found her….

Difenderfer signed in on 9/25 as atty for Virzi.
Shrager & Chernosky signed their motion to withdraw on 10/10
Miller signed in on 10/16
The Commonwealth requested a Protective Order on 10/16
Protection from who?

Changed to Commonwealth after pg 6 was updated.

Was it Difenderfer who requested it? I'm seeing Commonwealth petition for protective order, but I could be misunderstanding the form.

Do you think she's been trying to contact the baby victims' parents?

I hope we get more information about this case. Why aren't the media there for these hearings?
