I wonder if she told a supervisor she had to leave. Wouldn't they need to replace her since she left at the beginning of her shift?

I would hope LE would know at this point that a supervisor was told that but who knows.
Has she recently been dating someone? This whole odd text stuff is driving me crazy. I can't believe we don't know more on that (maybe LE does), as a mother my butt would have been on that from the get-go IMO.

ETA: LE also said that it wasn't known whether it was one person or more than one person who was harassing her.

Snipped: She was reported missing to police on Sunday, with law enforcement saying they have "some concern, more so than usual" regarding her disappearance due to worrying phone calls she was receiving.

Did someone take the bus to see her or did she take the bus to leave the area on her own? Maybe someone has a dash cam and captured someone waiting for the bus?

Are there cameras on the bus? I'm thinking no, but idk.

Especially in a senior care facility. I worked at a senior care facility in high school and our residents could wander. Even in those dark ages we had cameras. One man regularly went to the entrance at other end of the building to "catch the bus." He would wait on a bench in the lobby. (The town had no bus service, bless him.)

Yes it can. That's Septa Route 51 Southbound to the Olney Transit Center at Broad and Olney streets in North Philadelphia. It looks like the Saturday schedule is different from weekdays. Busses run this route every 20 minutes, 16/36/56 past the hour. So if the time that KS left her work place was around 10:40 pm on Saturday the Fourth she might have grabbed a bus ride. There are cameras on the busses so PPD detectives would have to ask SEPTA for the footage. It's only been five days, it might still be archived.

I'm keeping a eye on this one as it is very close to home for me. I grew up less than 10 minutes away in Flourtown and spent much of my childhood and a good part of adulthood hanging out with friends that lived in Chestnut Hill or Mt.Airy.

You're correct, it doesn't appear there are cameras in SEPTA buses recording passengers. But they did install AI cameras which target illegal parking in bus lanes.

Did anyone notice that at the 1 min 20 sec point in this video, there's a close up of what appears to be the front entrance to the facility, showing a ring camera sticker? Either that was put there as a deterrent, or the facility has a ring camera at that door. I know there's been mention of no CCTV there, but does a ring camera fall into that category? Could the ring camera have captured her leaving?

This does not sound like a voluntary disappearance to me unfortunately, especially given the concerning calls she had been receiving, unless of course she "set the scene" for a voluntary disappearance in the days prior with these perhaps alleged phone calls. But why?

It seems like some of this case is being kept from the public, and there's reasons for that no doubt. It just feels odd that they can claim she left her shift early, but haven't mentioned a time. How do they know this for sure? To me, it would have to be a case of her being seen either in person or on video/still footage. If her staff card was used to leave at a certain time, it doesn't necessarily mean she was the one using it, unless it was something like a finger print scanner or the like. Just because she can't be found inside the facility, didn't appear to be working, didn't attend something like a staff meeting or the like, it doesn't mean she left the building.

How many doors lead out of the facility I wonder?

She had only been on the job for about 2 weeks. I would think that she would have still been on orientation or at the least, the other staff would frequently check in with her to see if she needed help. I’m curious as to exactly when and how her not being present at work was noticed. Something feels off. I feel like additional information is being withheld from the public. I understand her phone and Apple Watch not being accounted for since they were likely on person but her tablet? Are some of her belongings still at her job?

She is beautiful and has ambitions. Maybe the job with the overnight shift was boring and not what she wanted. Could she have been lured by someone to sneak away for more exciting prospects?
