I agree with above thinking, this could very much be an EX or something like that, the friends who she shared about the phone calls should also know if she's dating or has dated someone IMO. Do we know if they took the Cadaver dogs around the parking lot (employee cars) dumpsters etc?

Typical cadaver dogs work by detecting VOCS (volitile organic copounds) that are emitted by actively decomposing human remains. They aren't going to be of use near the cars or work parking lot dumpsters unless a body was out there long enough for decomposition to set in. If someone died there, and was immediately removed from the area, most cadaver dogs are not doing to get a "hit". However, some cadaver dogs, a specialized subset called blood-detection dogs, can be trained specifically to locate human blood at crime scenes. Scent dogs, however would be very useful (it's a completely different skill set for the dog). I hope they did that.

Hopefully, the calls were not deleted prior to shutting down the phone and leaving it. I'm sure though that the calls can be retrieved.

She was a liberal arts major, no medical training. But as others have said, for assisted living much of the staff are not nurses. The nurses will administer meds, take blood pressure, etc. but and some employees oversee activities such as exercise classes and other social events (though that's usually a "day" job). A job that would not require medical training (outside of CPR training) is a "resident assistant" and such persons help the residents with daily living needs or other non medical duties as directed by a nurse. Such things might be help with personal care such as bathing/dress/grooming, reporting any changes in health or vital signs to nursing staff, help with medication reminders (as opposed to dispensing), and help the resident with social and recreational functions. It's 24 hours though I doubt they have a large staff at night.

In Florida, a nurse is not required to administer medications to residents in assisted living, and the same is true for other states. In Florida, many assisted living facilities do not have a nurse on duty at night or overnight. Aides dispense previously prescribed medications. At assisted living facilities where my mother lived, the aides who dispensed medications had a 1 week course from the facility operator.

Kada could have had a job administering evening medications and making rounds to check on residents - that's common for night or overnight staff.

Finally had a little time to look around. Kada did have an IG account - kadafashionpage and a TikTok account. But when you try and pull them up you get 404 errors. Did she wipe her social media when the harrassment began?

She has a business filing - K Kouture LLC, makes sense as her Mom said she was pursing "entrepreneurial activities".

Google reviews of the arboretum mention walking paths, but the attached photos suggest more narrow, less developed paths, imo. I’ve never been there.

I can’t see the video you attached, but I can expand the screen. The path there looks fairly wide and maintained. I’ve spent time in Wissahickon park, which has very similar paths along the creek. It could also be Fairmont park, but I think the wider paths there are paved, iirc. Moo.
