For me, looking at her social media, what I see is someone who is a bit scattered and not highly focused. Multiple business venture attempts, but the pages all have a few posts, nothing substantial, nothing really launching and going anywhere. That seems like a lot to have on your plate when you are also working nights in senior care (huge change in circadian rhythms) and dealing with an alleged harassment situation. She’s at a hugely stressful life stage.

IMO this puts her at risk for mental health struggles or just simply not thinking as clearly as she might have out of exhaustion or desperation for something to click and work out, that might have led her to taking risks she might not have. JMO

I hope they find her soon. I feel very sad that they’re talking about grid searches though. That doesn’t sound sadly like they are looking for her hiding out somewhere having a break, and just don’t like that. Thinking of her family who must be so worried right now.

Correcting myself, apologies @Ghostwheel - I think I'm wrong. She was running for Miss USA 2026, is that correct?

The picture must be of something that put her in the running for a bigger title, it says 2025.

I'm far from the pageant world, and don't really know what her sash means, but to me I can see Miss USA, then Pennsylvania & 2025 at the top (her shoulder area). Then in larger letters Miss Philadelphia TWP. USA. Or is it IWP? Either way, I can't find a reference to what it is.

Also I found on the image on another site she was from Philadelphia TWP, but can find zero reference to where that actually is.

Eta: may have nothing to do with anything. It simply made me wonder.

In her Youtube, she goes to a Weis Market and a pool.... are they local? The video is pretty flirty... I could see some bad actor taking it to heart. :(
I hadn't thought about the harassment potentially being some kind of parasocial thing, but you're right that it's a possibility. It's scary how much people can find out about a person from what they post online. If anyone else here watched the recent Geoguessr world cup, you'll know how alarmingly little information some people need in order to be able to pinpoint an exact location

I wonder if she told a supervisor she had to leave. Wouldn't they need to replace her since she left at the beginning of her shift?
Yes ,a Nurse would report to Supervisor or Director of Nursing. Depending on the facility, a CNA would report to their Charge Nurse. Everyone is needed on shift for sure but if there is an illness or family emergency ,we have th understanding of course.

In PA, "TWP" is typically an abbreviation for Township. But there is no Philadelphia Township, so that's perplexing!

Thanks. As I recall from a few years ago, contestants in the Miss America prelims all have "platforms" or areas of community service they work. Perhaps hers had to do with the elderly.

By the looks of her sash, it looks like she's in the USA pageant system, not Miss America. The USA system doesn't have platforms but they can get involved in social causes if they like. Based on my niece competing.

MOO.

Philidelphia County?

My niece paid an entry fee and was appointed whatever local title she wanted for the state contest. The only restriction was that someone else could not have claimed the local title first. So if there already was a Miss Philadelphia, then this girl could get Miss Philadelphia TWP.
Thank you for sharing your insights, @BeginnerSleuther! I never would have thought of that possibility!

LE seems to be rather quiet on the case and I'm hoping that means they have solid leads and don't need public input.

Kada, where are you?

10:40 pm. You are at your job. What would cause you to leave the building without telling anyone but NOT drive away?
Standard job duty, like maybe taking out trash
Run to your car for something.
Call from someone saying they had something of yours and wanted to drop it off (like maybe her tablet was left somewhere--or purposefully stolen for this purpose)
Escape from life with someone picking you up (I list this as a possibility, but I don't think this is the case)
Call from someone that a family member is hurt and someone will pick you up(? Not sure about this)

What else might cause you to leave the building only somewhat over 40 minutes into your shift, expecting to come back or not?

Could the T refer to "teen" as in a teen pageant? Maybe Teen West Philadelphia?? Or did she compete as adult, not teen?

I have no idea.

Quoting myself. I left out someone at the facility or delivering to the facility possibly kidnapping, harming Kada, by accident or on purpose, and taking her away (I do not like to think of this)
