No you're correct. Date of birth of December 1987, so he's turning 38 this year. Just a clerical error.

Criminal Homicide.
Abuse of Corpse.
Tampering With/Fabricating Physical Evidence.

The cause and manner of death are pending autopsy, but evidence and observations at the scene indicate apparent homicide

The forensic autopsy is scheduled for Monday, June 30.

The writing certainly seemed to be on the wall from the get-go. Thank gosh Vinny isn’t the sharpest tool in the shed, he made some incredibly dumb mistakes.

I’ll be curious to hear more facts in this case. Specifically, his cell phone records - when did those come back? If his phone pinged in the area Katlyn’s body was found in the relevant timeframe, why was the location searched on day 10? Maybe it was searched previously?

I know her family wanted to search on Thursday, but was asked not to. Was this on their list?

My sincere condolences to Katlyn’s family.

yes, his children from his prior marriage. Just horrible, poor kiddos. They lost their mom, now their stepmom and their dad. Their entire lives upended over and over and over in the past four to five years.
