Kendra Cruz,22, was last seen and heard from on Wednesday, February 20, 2019 at 7:00 AM. Rather odd photo, and I would have guessed her age as about ten years older than stated. Anyone able to discern what is around her neck? Tattoo, choker-style necklace, or?
Once again, so little context to the disappearance and no background information to narrow down where concerned members of the public might expect to see Kendra, if anyone is trying to keep an eye out for her. I don't understand why LE and family don't provide more information in many of these missing cases. MOO.
