The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating 32 year-old Missing Endangered Person Kevin L. Elliot. He was last seen at 7:45 A.M., on Friday, October 5th, 2018, on the 700 block of N. 46th St.

He is 5’7″, 210 lbs., stocky build, medium complexion, with short black hair. He was wearing a white t-shirt, black shorts and black and white shoes. He is reported to suffer from schizophrenia.
