But by the time police arrived, the trash on that block had already been picked up, incinerated at a Chester waste management facility, then buried in a Bensalem landfill, Hammond testified.

Stepdad actually felt that King was safer with TP than with his mom . His heart was probably in the right place. maybe no warning signs from TP but when your "son" says come get me I love you , you go there right away. The fact that King's mom did not even know TP or know he was with her does not sit right with me. How did it never come up in conversation? I am sure they will all have to live with this. Also was TP being paid for this?

As early as June 24, Parks began doing internet searches on her phone on topics including skull fractures, how to treat a black eye, and what it means when a person exhibits “raccoon eyes,” Zajac testified.

So she was looking for this info on the 24th but King spoke to him on the 29th. So maybe he was injured by then ? She probably could have saved his life if she took him to the hospital.

this is no defense of TP but if i recall, this was around the time the q child SA conspiracies were in full swing and raccoon eyes was attributed to internal injuries due to SA and they were drawing parallels of that to some art or celeb dressing as raccoons or wearing make up like that. this doesn't explain the other searches though.

Exactly it seems like a lot of the evidence is based on Internet searches people search all kinds of things for all kinds of reasons It really scares me that she maybe able to get away with it

IMO I wonder who called in the tip on July 16th. TP most likely disposed of the body on July 6-7th (I hate even typing those words). I wonder if someone witnessed her or if she told someone. I can only hope that this little boy's soul rests peacefully. I wish so many adults had not failed him.

They changed things a bit since the last time I checked on the status. They marked the original case (MC-51-CR-0013577-2020) closed and reopened it as CP-51-CR-0003649-2020 on 12/03/2020 active.

I can't tell what happened to the formal arraignment; it was cancelled in the MC case but showed as being scheduled on that same date in the new CP case. I assume they had it. The 03/24 court date is a pretrial conference.

Anyone know if the courts live stream?

The only difference in charges I saw was #3 Poss Instrument of Crime. They disposed that in a lower court. I wonder why they did that.

Has there been any kind of update other than court dates? Save for the report that trash pick-up was completed before police could respond to a call of a body, I haven’t heard anything about a search for poor King.
