? time: Hummelstown at the Gas Station Pub - Kortne meets up with CP and MR and requests to ride with them to Harrisburg. (? information as this is only per MR)

? time: JL was with Tom Sawyer "club" on 2nd street (from the video interview with JL). They danced, and then Kortne "walked down the street" to the Hardware Bar.

? time: Harrisburg at the Hardware Bar - Kortne gets into a verbal altercation with another woman and either wants to leave or gets kicked out of the bar. The "group" of them leave (known are KS, CP, and MR). **note: reporter called the Hardware Bar and they keep a list of people they kick out. They have no record of kicking Kortne out of the bar***

? time: JL was at a pizza parlor and saw Kortne walk by and Kortne appeared upset.

? time: Palmyra - CP is driving MR car. He drops MR off at his father's house. The last time MR sees her is when she is in the car with "the others." They drive back to Kortne's apartment.

June 29, 2012:

2:00 a.m. - bars close

3:00 a.m. - ? Kortne and guest arrive home. (There was an argument between my daughter and the neighbors when they came home that morning, approximately 3 -- it was about 3:20 a.m. when they got home. 3:12 a.m. - Neighbor calls 911 reportedly about the dog - noise disturbance/argument

3:15 a.m. - Patrolman Timothy Lengle arrived

3:49 a.m. - Patrolman Timothy Lengle leaves

3:45 a.m. (According to the borough police report which lists Lt. James Hunt as the investigating officer, Stouffer, a part-time hair dresser, has not been seen since about 3:45 a.m. --- see link below)

4:12 a.m.: A second 911 call is made to the apartment.

4:15 - 4:20 a.m. - they go to bed. (Somewhere around 4:15, 4:20 they went to bed. And then he woke up about 7:30 and left, and my daughter wasn`t there.)

4:31 a.m.: Police arrive but get no answer at Stouffer's door.

4:36 a.m.: Police leave for a second time.

7:30 a.m. - Guest leaves and does not see Kortne (He claims that she wasn`t there when he woke up that morning? W. STOUFFER: Correct. )

? time - Guest texts Kortne

I don't have times, but I am trying to piece together how Kortne's night went by the friends' interviews.

MR Jr. sees KS at Gas Station Pub in Hummlestown (we don't know if she is by herself or with a group), she asks if she can get a ride to downtown Harrisburg with them. They go downtown to Sawyers, per Jessica Leaton who says she was dancing with KS there, but was surprised to see her out. KS leaves with the people who brought her there and is seen at the Hardware Bar. Jessica's brother sees KS "get kicked out" of the Hardware Bar and her party leaves. Probably walking to where they were parked, Jessica herself then sees KS storm past the pizza joint and says one of their other friends follows after her.

Does this make sense?

This is what I am struggling with. Jessica saw Kortne storm past the window? How does this fit in with what Milt Jr. is saying?
He doesn't say Kortne was pizzed about getting kicked out of the bar. Wouldn't her demeanor be a natural part of the story to tell? It's like he is whitewashing a lot of the details, but maybe that is because LE told him to keep his mouth shut?

Surfie can you add; Kortne was with with Jessica earlier that night at the Tom Sawyer diner. Also, Milt says that CP is the one who drove his car (we wondered about that earlier).

We are taking MR Jr's word as fact. Has any of this been verified?

If she'd been seen at the Gas Station, someone local would have heard about it before this, IMO.

I'm not ready to buy his story as fact.

Maybe it's fact, but I'd like to see validation.

The night of the 28th Rodriguez told abc27 he some friends were at the Gas Station Pub in Hummelstown. He said Stouffer was there and asked if she could go with them to downtown Harrisburg.

"She asked is she could get a ride with us downtown and I said yeah sure you can come with us downtown," Rodriguez said.


He said he let a friend drive the group. At one point they were in the Harrisburg Hardware and he saw Stouffer get into a verbal altercation with another woman.

Yep that is why hearing she WAS at the Gas Station Pub and it being verified by someone other that a 'player' in the situation is important.
If she was there, did something happen to make her want to leave there? Had she driven there or caught a ride? Was someone unknown use/borrow/take her car? And she was trying to find them? What would she have been mad about in H-burg?

Given that no 'main group/person' has been mentioned - as in whichever group/person she departed from to hang out with these guys, maybe she drove herself to Hummelstown to meet up with them specifically? And maybe asking about the ride was more 'I'm too drunk to drive can I ride with you?'

Second street in Harrisburg is a string of restaurants and clubs. Both sides of the street. Wandering from one spot to another as the night progresses is very common. Sometimes it's next door, sometimes it's 100 yards.

Somewhere, there's surveillance video.
Clubs, restaraunts, little in between shops, banks. I'd bet there's video surveillance of the entire strip.

She's bar hopping: she doesn't have her car. They're [MR, Jr. and "the group"] bar hopping.

We don't know who Kortne began her evening with at the Gas Station Pub in Hummelstown, but MR, Jr. and "the group" were with her in all 3 bars and...

Kortne was in MR, Jr.'s car with them/others, in the very least, until her arrival back to her apartment, which appears to have been shortly after 2 AM.

Whether or not MR, Jr. continued with Guest and possibly others to Kortne's place, or was indeed dropped off at his place at about 2 AM, I'm not sure. However, MR, Jr. does state that there were others in his car with Guest and Kortne when he last saw her.
