Doesn't Amber Alerts have to have some type of info to go on .. like a vehicle description? I think it does. I was hoping she just skipped school to hang out with friends but its too late in the evening for her not to fess up .. ugh .. I hope she's ok ...

Two of the last to see her that evening have heavy track involvement. MR owns and races horses and CP is a blacksmith. Kortnes family owns horses and her brother rides in rodeos. Her fathers place of business is on the backside of Penn National Track just a few miles down the road.

Wonder besides CP and MR who she knows from there that would have ties to Florida and a yacht. Just trying to think of what mode of transportation there would be other than a vehicle, either she herself would have used or someone kidnapping her would have used. What are the water ways in that area that would lead away from the state?

There are rivers here in PA, the Susquehanna being the closest to where Kortne disappeared from. But, it is not used for transport. Baltimore or Philadelphia would be the closest ports- about an hour and a half away to either.

There's a new article written on behalf of Kortne. No new information is provided, however the article does keep her name out there and reminds the public that she is still missing. The article is also posted on the LDN facebook page where some comments can be seen underneath the link.

So was just checking Kortne's fb page as I do every now and then, and I swear it looks different to what it used to. There is now a music app on there that wasn't there before and I am sure the name of one of her photo albums has changed. Can someone else have a look and see what you think!

It does look a little different to me, but I know FB changes things up a lot? I wonder if that app could of added itself or perhaps her parents now have control of her account?
It would be great it it was Kortne using it though.

I also check her FB page now and then. That music app was visible in the past, I remember seeing it in the past. At some point in time in disappeared and now it's visible again. I have no idea if this is a facebook glitch or if her family has control of her page. I'm not sure which photo album you are referencing. I looked at them and don't notice anything different, then again I could be missing something. Could you let us know which album you are referencing?

I think it is a FB thing. I barely use my page and it looks different and has new things on it every time I look at it.

I found this link on another WB case I am interested in. It is a medicine used to euthanize horses. I thought it might be somewhat useful in regards to Kortne's case because some of the people involved have ties to the race track.
I didn't know how to properly link the definition so I guess you can copy and paste to Google it. Sorry

I found it to be very interesting.

In my unprofessional opinion succinylcholine is less likely and harder to get then Ketamine ("Special K") which has been discussed here previously. Although "track people" would have access to either .. Special K is more of a "street/club" drug.

If this guy that stayed with her that night did something to her would he have stayed there and then sent a text saying what happend to you?

Wouldnt it make more sense to just say she was there when he left.

I cant remember all the facts in this case but I think if he hurt her he would have left the scene or said she was there when he left the house.

He did leave the house. The text was sent from a local convenience store. As far as I know, no one can verify what time he left Kortne's apartment.

Maybe he wasn't a smart as he thinks he is ... for all we know he could have taken her away from the apt minutes after they got there and never returned. He might have thought he was "covering his tracks" by sending that text.

Euthanasia medications are impossible for a lay person to get a hold of. Most veterinarian's keep them lock up- usually in a safe. They are so controlled that you have to keep a log of every cc used and that log is audited very carefully.

Horses that are euthanized at the track are done so by licensed veterinarians, not by owners or trainers.

If CP caused harm to KS why would he stay in apartment and then leave early am and send that text? I know it is possible but it does not seem to make sense to me. So the banging was CP harming KS and then he left, disposed of KS and either drove back to her apartment or to the store and sent text???? If I remember correctly he has been arrested twice since KS disappeared. In my opinion this makes him a dumb criminal. If someone harmed KS and was able to hide all the evidence for this long and stay under the radar enough to avoid charges...probably not a "dumb" criminal.

Who could pull something like that off. Serial killer?? Someone with connections in the drug community?? Past/present law enforcement?? Or some really lucky dumb criminal?? I personally think any of the first 3 make a lot more sense!

He's been arrested twice for DUIs .. not necessarily a "dumb criminal" .. just a drunk that obviously shouldn't drive. There are plenty of places between Palmyra and surrounding areas that bodies could be disposed of and go unnoticed for quite sometime. Maybe it isn't someone is skilled .. maybe it's someone that has just been lucky so far.

I forgot .. he did also have a drug bust ..

but I wanted to add for what it's worth .. I don't really think if she died of an accidental over dose or if she was strangled .. there would be much if any evidence. All someone would have had to do was "dump" the body .. it was summer so brush was thick. It really would not required any amount of "planning" .. and maybe .. he's not exactaly staying under the radar as mentioned .. He has had "run ins" with the law since .. maybe he is dead center on the radar.
