I agree that the theory of a serial killer may be a little much...but just because the police and DA don't find it to be credible, doesn't mean anything to me. What have they done in 7 months!! You can't deny that the women have a similar appearances. I wish I could get more information on why the bounty hunter thinks this individual was at the Motel up the street during the time KS disappeared. If he could prove that and prove he was in area of atleast one other of the mentioned girls then I would start to look at it a little closer.
Again I am not ruling out anything but still leaning towards the people who were around her that evening. I think of Kortne often and hope something on this case will soon bring results.
I am also leaning towards the people who were around her that evening. Regarding one of the more recent articles, the bounty hunters theory was slightly expanded upon.

Snipped "James is a bounty hunter in Dauphin County and believes the man pictured in a sketch could be responsible for as many as eleven murders and sexual attacks dating back to 2005.
When you look at all areas where something happened, the common denominator is the military, the bounty hunter stated. Same unit, always at that area. That unit trains at Fort Indiantown Gap and Fort Bragg.
It's a theory shared by others online and could include missing Lebanon County woman Kortne Stouffer.
"There's no fact it has to do with Kortne Stouffer, but theres no way you can rule it out, James stated.
James believes the man stalks the women when he's traveling with the National Guard. They are all built alike and similar in appearance.
"He watches, he knows them, and I dont think they really know him, the bounty hunter stated.
James says he knows first hand the suspect, who he has identified but doesn't want to name publicly, was in the area when Stouffer went missing.
He also says he was in Charlottesville, Virginia in October 2009 when Morgan Harrington was killed. Her remains were found three months later in a field and the FBI linked her killer to a 2005 sexual assault in Fairfax County."
