Here is the sketch that the news link PalmyraDad referenced. I have added the numbers in red to it along with the Missing Persons cases (I believe) this "bounty hunter" is trying to tie together.

Personally for me .. I don't think I'm buying in to it .. but .. I guess it should not be ruled out as a possibility.

LE made it very clear that they are not circulating the photo .. that a Bounty Hunter is and the news referenced him as a "Local Man" ..

I feel like this "bounty hunter" is just trying to make a name for himself or after reward money.

I firmly believe that the person responsible for Kortne's disappearance knew her.

If not, and Kortne was the victim of a random abduction, she was truly having the worst bad day in the history of the world!

Yeah, this "bounty hunter" is all about getting publicity for himself. This is going to turn into a big three ring circus now. I guess on one hand, you can say it draws attention to the case. On the other hand, the blatant exploitation of this tragic event could distract from actually finding the culprit(s).

As if things weren't strange enough already, we're about to take a turn into the twilight zone.

I'm not sure why anyone would have a problem with the guy circulating the flyer and actively looking for Kortne. That's what rewards do. They incentivize people to spend time and resources investigating.

Let's say for arguments sake that this "bounty hunter" finds Kortne. How good will that make the DA look? That right there is reason to slander the man.

From day one at ground zero, Palmyra PD has botched this case. They managed to lose someone they had been in contact with no less than 3 times in a 24 hour period! Really!!! The DA has been completely disinterested in moving the investigation along unless prodded by local press. I'm sorry, but motivated PI's, bounty hunters, anybody with a desire for truth and justice should be welcomed as the arriving cavalry.

/end rant

Well Jo, if you knew who this guy was, you'd probably have a different opinion on whether he was being helpful.

snipped-
Rominger said the seal on search warrants associated with the case have been renewed recently.

"It's been a considerable period of time to continue to keep them sealed," he said. There may be nothing earth-shattering in there, maybe just details of the crime scene, but I suspect there's a reason why they're not unsealed. ... Judges generally take this seriously. They don't seal them just because. There may be something in there that requires more development from what we already know."

well, so much for THAT info being released:( SO curious as to where LE is 'searching'

The 'bounty hunter' might be ahhh, interesting?? but its a bit unsettling the similarity between those young ladies, imho

I really don't take much merit in this, unless they can find a video of this guy in any of the places that she went to that night. Now that would get my attention.

A lot to think about. I am glad people are talking again. I hope this brings her home soon!!

Sorry if this has been mentioned already. But in regards to linking the missing girls because of their blonde hair: The assailant's DNA linked Morgan to an assault case in Fairfax. But the girl who was assaulted in Fairfax, VA in 2005 was of Pakistani descent. While it is possible that she could have been blonde, I kind of doubt it.

I think this is a load of **** but that is Jmo, lol.
