Linda was tall but she’s thin. That vehicle had nothing to do with this case. I do believe she was moved though.

And just to add. If they obtain a warrant to confiscate your phone, they need a separate warrant to search the contents.
No. You can give them your phone, just like you can let LE enter and search your home without a warrant. If someone willingly gives LE their phone, or the pictures saved on it, is a warrant still needed? I have followed cases where an individual forwarded photos on their phone or home surveillance recordings to LE (e-mail tip line, I believe)? I don't believe I've ever thought about the need for a warrant in this ^ type of scenario.
Just jumping off your post...If JS was released from prison in Feb 2019....could there be more victims?? Scary thought!! Anymore missing girls in the area?
Could anybody point me in the direction of the affidavit? Others have referenced it, but I can’t seem to find it. Thanks!
Thank you!

BBMSmoker was said to have two girlfriends. As per another site, he quit seeing one of them around Fathers Day and would only send an occasional text. She suspected he was seeing someone else and had planned to break up with him.
I am wondering the same thing, which is why the other vehicle had a "convenient " car fire.Maybe JS quickly dumped the body after abduction then later moved it to a better spot using the Pacifica. A larger vehicle like a Pacifica might be needed to move a 5'10'' body. Then he torches it. Just my opinion.
That could very well be, but why torch one car but not the one that many would have, and did see Linda in? Why destroy evidence in only one car?I am wondering the same thing, which is why the other vehicle had a "convenient " car fire.
I agree the fire is too convenient. If someone was trying to hide something they wouldn’t want to attract LE to their location. Also why not burn the Rio.That could very well be, but why torch one car but not the one that many would have, and did see Linda in? Why destroy evidence in only one car?
I would think 5'10" body would fit just fine in any car with the front seat reclined, but I may be wrong.
