I saw this is the same article as above. Old Order community witnesses, latter-day technology led to arrest of suspect in Amish woman’s kidnapping
What does this mean? Identified as similar to what Linda would have worn. So they were not Linda's but looked close to what she would have worn?
A search of a wooded area to the rear of the property found a bra and stockings that Stoltzfoos’s family identified as similar to what Linda would have worn to church that day.
I believe that means they hadn't been positively identified as Linda's through DNA, etc.

You might be right Rocky1, wasn't it posted on thread #2 that his car was backed in ? So much is said on here, it's not easy to separate facts from rumors.
Yes, I believe it was posted that car was backed in.

Someone mentioned on the previous thread about something white in JS' car and wondering what it was - possibly it was the apron LS was wearing?
I was thinking it could have been her bra. MOO.

Just throwing this out there. I don’t know if the video recording of LS going with JS to his car is public, but maybe he told her a family member had been injured or was ill and had to go to the hospital and he was sent to take her to them.
Many of the Amish here have some goods for sale at their homes, fresh cut flowers, produce, crafts. I don’t know if her family did or didn’t but if they did he may have recognized her and knew where she lived so knew she would be going down that road. MOO and all that. Just some thoughts that have come to my mind.

I haven't read/heard anything about a video recording.

The old order community link you provided says she was wearing a tan dress, white apron , and a black head covering. She was walking home from church.
The article says:
  • First that an Amish women in “church clothes” would be traveling in a car at all. Stoltzfoos, wore a tan dress with a white apron and white cap to church that day, according to the missing persons flyers posted on her behalf;
  • That the woman wore a white apron, but also black head covering, something that is not a part of the tradition of the churches in the area;
Linda wore a white cap to church. When they saw her in the car she had a black bonnet on. Red flag

Interesting.
I posted a while back questioning whether Linda would have removed the white cap and wrapped her black stockings around her head to signal for help.
If I remember right, someone posted that Amish wear white caps in a different area then where Linda was from, and that Linda would have worn a black covering in her area, so I gave up on that thought.

The FBI missing persons flier describes what she was wearing. LINDA STOLTZFOOS — FBI

@Pleeang Sorry I didn’t know how to carry your post from the previous page. The reference to the photos taken inside of JS car being something white is in one of the MSM articles somewhere. I’m sorry I can’t track it down right now!

I may be wrong, but my memory tells me the "something white" in the front passenger seat was captured by CCTV as the car was traveling down the road.
