Circumstances of Recovery On 05/16/2020 PSP-Lykens received report of a deceased human discovered in the Susquehanna River. The deceased was located entangled in debris-brush along the shoreline of a small uninhabited island of the Susquehanna River located in Upper Paxton Township – Dauphin County. The deceased was identified as male, but due to advanced stage of decomposition was void of any identifiable facial features.
