The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating 51 year-old Missing Adult Person Monique Smith. She was last seen at 3:00 P.M., on Friday, May 3rd, 2019, on the 61XX block of Larchwood Avenue.
She is 5’7″, 120 lbs., medium build, light brown complexion, brown eyes and black hair. She was last seen wearing black pants, black Adidas jacket, black sweater, wristwatch and a ring.
