I just don't understand why? She wasn't even arguing with the dad, it was his friend, why take it out on that poor child? If she pleads insanity I'm going to go Ape Sh**.

Shortly before this outcome broke, there was a post about Nalini’s Dad and a polygraph? I’ve gone back to the early 20# pages but can’t find it. It was a post by a news source, IIRC. Does anyone else know the post #?

Around 8:00 mark reporter says he talked to Paul Johnson briefly yesterday and said he was asked to take a polygraph test.

Its going to go one of two ways imo
Either the abduction story is true and she has killed Nalani, or this angel has suffered abuse at home. I’m so sorry Nalani you didn’t deserve to be found dead in a park, this world has let you down, another baby used as a pawn in a relationship. Literally heartbreaking she’s so cute.

I have to say I'm quite shocked that she was found in a park. Especially considering the suspect is female. In most cases like this where the child is found in a park you typically deal with a male suspect. I have a feeling that more info is going to come out of this case and we might possibly find out more than just Nancy was involved. I guess we will see. I'm suspect that the father had a intimate relationship with this woman and did not tell the police about it. You'd think that piece of information would have been one of the first things to come out of his mouth.

I'm not seeing that. One, she would have said that to the police instead of the $10,000 drop off story and 2nd, there was a friend in the car. Hard to play the he said she said with another witness. IMO

The child's father, 21-year-old Penn Hills, Pennsylvania, resident Paul Johnson, told investigators Saturday afternoon that a woman driving a black Toyota Yaris with Uber and Lyft stickers had just kidnapped his daughter, according to a criminal complaint from the Allegheny County Police Department on Saturday.

Johnson was "crying and visibly upset" when police arrived on the scene around 5:02 p.m., according to the complaint. He told officers from the Penn Hills Police Department that he and his friend, Justin Rouse, were riding in the Yaris when the driver stopped at the intersection of Bryant Drive and Clay Drive to let them out. After Johnson exited the car, the driver, 25-year-old Sharena Nancy, allegedly drove away before he could take his daughter out of the car seat, he told police.

"So, they were known to each other," McDonough said, emphasizing that this was not a case involving a ride-share order on Uber or Lyft apps.

The pair had "spent several hours" with each other during the course of the day on Saturday before an argument ensued in the car between Nancy and Rouse, said McDonough, who didn't disclose the nature of the argument.

Was the father's call the only evidence that the suspect took the baby?

Can someone recap what address this started at (the hilly area) and where it ended? How long was it before the Uber driver was taken into custody?

Is there a timeline for this case yet?

I’m agreeing with you unless more comes out.... there was also a 3rd party adult as a witness and her cell pings seem to give a precise history of events (at least in terms of location), then again, I also see NO adults in her car at the Sheetz at 5:23.
Hoping Dad’s friend was well interviewed, as I’m sure he was and continued to be.
Did he say he didn’t know her? I’d have to go back and look..... but let’s all remember his Mother was in CA on vacation (per this afternoon’s press conference) and maybe at the time of he/grandma being interviewed, he still hadn’t had 1:1 time with his Mom and at what age 22, mustering up the courage to tell her he’s been “seeing” a married woman.
All IMO.
I still want to know what was in a Nancy driver’s hand in Sheetz.

My son is the general manager of several Speedway stores (very similar to Sheetz). I sent him the photo. He thinks the object in her hand it's a carton of something to drink like milk carton with a handle.
