Wait. They "were" or "supposedly are" trying to build a trail for running and biking along the riverfront. Going from South Philly all the way up to I guess Linden Avenue.

Sadly I can't picture exactly where this poor woman was found. Closer to the Betsy Ross Bridge or Graffitti Pier. Like everything here this "trail" is sporadic. In the Wissinoming section it's kind of decent.

Again it was winter. Then we have the bag. Meanwhile all of this basically runs parallel with I95. Did someone get off 95 and toss her in the river? Get back on and head-on South?

Thinking out loud. She has a name. She is someone's daughter. Note: Betsy Ross Bridge not as heavily traveled as Walt Whitman, Ben Franklin or Tacony Palmyra.

It's always been Delaware Avenue to people that live here. Now they have to change it again at some point because it shouldn't be Columbus Blvd.

I thought lots of posters reacted on this..her going through lot of physical changes, looking totally different from the pictures posted... even people who had contact with her family. IIRR her sister said this is not Andrea...FWIW

Hello all, I have just seen this missing lady, Right height, weight, colouring. Date missing is out by about 8 days, but she wasn't reported missing until 29th January, so maybe the Date missing from is wrong. Plus shes a bit away from the area, (But I don't really go by that) I can't find any info at all on her or pictures apart from a teenager from the same place keeps popping up which isn't her, maybe someone can see if they can find her? The oklahoma police department doesn;t show missing persons that I can find anyway (Maybe it is but it's nearly midnight here and I should have been asleep ages ago Thanks and goodnight/day xx The National Missing and Unidentified Persons System (NamUs)

The good news is, Courtney Ann Smith was found safe in March of this year! Missing 25-year-old woman in Cherokee Co. found safe.... And that's always the very best possible outcome. Of course, that means she is not our Delaware River Jane Doe... But that was a great catch.

Laura Avery is referring to another Courtney Ann Smith, who is still missing, 44 yrs old, when missing.

The one who was found was 25 yrs. old, a different one with the same name. I agree with you; very good this Courtney was found.

Good point, but since it appears Lori dyed her hair, she might well bleach her brows to match, and pluck them thin. We don't know how long before she went missing those pictures were taken, or why she left.

Very true. I do think she looks exactly like the other woman, the one whose family says it isn't her? I pray that a family gets closure.

I just saw that Andrea Knabel was finally excluded on 9/21 in NaMus. I think she was excluded prior to this but sometimes it takes NaMus a while to catch up.
Now... who IS this woman???
