I'm adding his Namus Case Number UP58695 to this thread because I almost created a duplicate thread for this person.

Not sure if this is related, but while searching for more info, I found out that another male, about 50 years of age, was recovered in the Schuylkill on June 24th, barely 3 weeks later and less than 3 miles away.

Body Found Floating In Schuylkill River

I haven't found any articles about the man with the tattoo but did find this ... same day he was found. A woman's body found near the Schuylkill River, on Kelly Drive & Brewery Hill Drive. No idea if she's been ID'd yet.

Wow, that's literally in the same spot and on the same day! Coincidence or connection?

I couldn't find the woman's case on Namus, so I don't know if that's because she hasn't been entered, or she's already been identified.

So strange—no MSM articles about the tattooed man, but he's on Namus; and at least 1 MSM article on the woman, but no Namus.

I tend to agree. Decomposed body wearing a dress, assumed woman. Floating in the river vs near the river, I don't know. Miscommunication between officials and media? And, as often happens, no follow up media coverage with any clarification or additional details.
This is not an uncommon occurrence when a decedent is trans.

That's a very good observation! I saw the Namus reference to the "Multicolored and patterned dress", but I interpreted "dress" as "attire" or "style of dress(ing)," and not as a female article of clothing.

If this person was trans, then I agree it's unlikely the tattoo refers to a white supremacist group, as these are usually homophobic. Even if it references Pink Floyd, the band came up with the logo to depict a fictional group of neo-Nazis, and these are usually homophobic too. But I also can't ignore the resemblance!
